I have been on hold with your customer service reps for over ** minutes now on a Tuesday night. This is ridiculous. You're product is ridiculously difficult to connect to my TV, and all of your "advice" for "help" online is also ridiculous and extremely unhelpful. I demand some sort of courtesy gift in return. I am a college student taking time out of my day to do a simple task like hooking up my roku device to my TV and what should take maybe ** minutes max, is now taking my over * hours to complete. This wil be the last time I use your services. You can expect me to bad mouth you to others as well.
