Remedy: Have Roku acknowledge the new card in real terms, not just virtualy. And have them do something about the resulting bank fees I’ve accrued. ... *Roku** According to their instructions, I updated my payment method with Roku. Although Roku’s site (at “my account”) has reflected this new method of payment since the date I changed it, unbeknownst to me, Roku continued to charge the old card !
They’re still charging my old bank card, which did not have the money to cover the charges.
I want Roku to acknowledge my new method of payment REALLY, not VIRTUALLY.
I’ve called Roku many times, only to be cut off. I’ve never gotten through to an actual representative. I was just waiting, number ** in queue, for a live chat. I just checked and that system queued me right out of line !
