Hello! So our Roku stick remote died. It’s not even six month old. We did everything thinking it was our WiFi connection, we performed all the trouble shooting located on your Roku website, but no, the remote does not work. It is making this high pitch ringing noise if that makes sense. I believe we have a defective remote. The streaming stick * is in working order. I have contacted Roku via Facebook and Instagram with no help, not even a returned message. I have contacted Best Buy and also, no help after I was on hold for an hour yesterday. I just need to know what kind of manufacture warranty is on your Streaming Stick * remotes. Thank you!
