I am saying this respectfully, I keep getting these follow-ups but nothing is helping me, you don't tell me how to fix my issue I'm a senior this is certainly not user-friendly I cannot download XFINITY on my * TVs I do have Wi-Fi with Xfinity I want to talk to someone and they keep telling me to go online you need to do something for seniors to understand that want to get rid of Cablevision and go to Roku
