roku express setup connected to internet w*o any problems. Then it downloaded latest software update and appeared to re-boot. Now it is stuck on a bouncing roku page? How do I get it to move on to the next step which should be an automatic configuration of my screen type. I bought two of these at the same time. One connected and setup with no problems. The second won't move past the phase I just described.
