My family and I are stationed on an American military base in germany, we have an American IP address and our country we selected on Roku is the United States. We are trying to add Prime Video channel along with other channels like The Roku Channel but it keeps popping up saying “can not add channel” *Whenever I log into my account online to add channels, I’m unable to add ANY. Is there anyway to remedy this?
