My roku stick was working fine, then my computer creashed, which reset my tv back to factory setting. I reset the tv and it works fine. But the roku is really dark and no color. I tried to reset it twice but it didn't work. I set it back to factory setting and tried to set it up in the computer and they said I skipped something. It said to print the agreement but I don't have a printer. I tried another port but that didn't work either. First the light was on the stick but now it doesn't come on. Even when I was trying to set it up on the computer, it was still all dark and no color, Now that the light is out on the stick, no matter what port I put it in, it just says no signal. I want my roku stick to work , I want it have color and not be dark where I can't see anything. I want to be able to sign up on the computer.
