I have found no way to contact Roku to give some feedback as a customer. I am largely happy with this device , here's the "but". Annoyingly frustrating to the point that I contemplate ending my relationship with Roku is having to constantly re-sign in to different channels. It's the same tv, same Roku - if Facebook knows that I just looked at a pair of clogs, surely there is a remedy for this ridiculous redundancy. "But" **. The new "update" is really just another annoyance. Why would you guys make it difficult to know which channel is being chosen? I haven't sat close enough to a television since I was * to be able to see such tiny AND thin font. I mean, really? Why keep those BIG boxes that once moved and became highlighted to indicate what channel one was on? It's sadistic, I'm annoyed just writing about it. Anyway, to the one who picked the short straw and is reading this, I apologize, it's not you, it's the company paying you to read this. I'm not a big complainer, apparently this was the perfect storm for me. All the best, Cat
