The issue in GetHuman-whussey's own words
I unplugged my Roku * device and when I plugged it back in a few seconds later, it became non-functional. I then tried unplugging it and waiting * minutes, but it remained non-functional. The screen initially shows the ROKU name and after a few seconds fades to black.
GetHuman-whussey did not yet indicate what Roku should do to make this right.
