Help with my Roku issue
How did GetHuman-kjtstahl do it?

Order * ********* *I placed an order for two remotes, and apparently one of them was on back order. The confirmation email said they'd be shipped when both are available.**It looks as if both remotes are available now. I have not received any notice of shipment. And more concerning, when I view "past orders" at Roku.com, there is no order history.**Can you please check on the status of my order (Order **********), and expedite its processing and shipment?**If there is no order under this order number, can you please send me a confirmation of this fact - so *) I can re-order the remotes, and *) I have back-up should I be double-charged. (I am also currently on hold on the phone line.)**Thank you!
