I have a Roku Insignia TV and am experiencing continuing crashes.*Streaming stops and the "Ooops something went wrong" message is displayed (Happens at least once every day). This can only be resolved by powering down and then ON (a reboot).*Leaving the message and hoping for it to correct is hopeless. Please would you improve the quality of your software, this should not happen and when it does the message should be far more helpful to the user.**Roku ID* *****@***.com*Jerry Jackson
