The issue in GetHuman-proofple's own words
I needed the extension cord sent to me and I had put my po box **** gibsons bc but then they were trying to email and call because don't deliver to box number. So I gave them my address in the city. appt. ***-**** east hastings street vancouver bc v*k *z*. The building is a locked building and cannot be delivered so I got one notice from ups and I went down to the city to go and get the cord and the pickup store was closed sunday and the holiday monday. I had to go back to the island and was unable to get down again for two weeks and they had sent it back!! Please resend my cord to Amy Clift appt. *** - **** east hastings st. vancouver bc v*k *z*. I'm rarely online and my phone number is *** *** ****. Send it Canada Post if you can as they will keep it for me and not send it back. Please do not let them send it back again. I can't watch my raku without it. I don't know why you guys can't mail to a po box or have the cord in the box as I'm sure most people need it. Very upset and sad no raku cord. Will you please resend? thank you amy clift
