The issue in GetHuman-angrybu's own words
Return because the devices are always live and chewing up data. No ability to turn them off. Also the device is always paired with the tv. No ability to change channels or change audio or screen settings. Or turn off the data streaming. ... I was sent a RMA number for two Roku devices for returning, but there was no RMA number. It took them two weeks plus a threat to fighting the VISA charge with the issuing bank. I then received an email given me the return address and RMA number, but with a problem - No RMA number. It was blank. I sent another email asking for the RMA number and after four emails, and coming here, still no RMA number after a week. Customer support is HORRIBLE. I sent the two units back yesterday, and just wrote on the outside of the box "RMA: no number sent" and sent it back with a copy of their email inside the box.
I don't believe they care.
Just return my money
I bought these because I needed something to watch Acorn TV and Britbox.
Here, which so far is useless.
