I have a Roku ultra. I used to get *.* sound from most channels, including Netflix and Amazon (where the content supports it). I connect via HDMI to a video switcher which sends the audio to my AVR and the video to may projector. IAfter an automatic firmware update to *.*.*, I no longer get *.*, only stereo. This problem was reported to Roku (ticket no *******) a month ago, but the problem persists and I have not received any information. also have an Appletv connected in the same way and it does provide *.* sound from the same content. I'd like to know what is being done to resolve this problem
