****R is attached to NetGear WNDR**** and the stick's MAC address is dislayed in the "devices attached" field. However as I proceed with the installation a red X appears in the "local network" line. Then the instruction message pops up to check your password, etc. and info on customer support. Customer support leads you to a video on the installation or text of such. I've rebooted the router and reset the stick several times with success.
GetHuman-dstuck did not yet indicate what Roku should do to make this right.
