Trying to get to menu page ... Each time I want to use my roku I have to disconnect it then plug it back in and wait for it to reload. How can this be resolved? It is very annoying and just started recently after a complete shut down of your system several days ago.
I have to unplug the device and plug it back in each time I want to use it
Tell me what to do so I don't have to restart system and wait to reload each time I use it
