getting sick of not being able to use Roku without interruption. Haven't been able to listen to programs since yesterday. It's not Comcast because everything else works, it's not Belkin because everything else works, it's you: I unplugged for half an hour and still get constant program interruption. No message that there is a problem, just chronic program interruption. Since you don't think my issue is worth speaking to a live person about I'm reaching out this way. If you can't help me I will be cancelling my account, I'm fed up with the poor service.
I trust that Roku will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
