You have been billing my credit card for months for this service & I don't have this tv anymore. I purchased the tv signed up & ended up taking the tv back. You have been billing me over *mos for a service I don't have access to. I want all of my money back. I've called & your customer service didn't speak English well & was of absolutely no help. I want my money & I want to stop being billed.
GetHuman-miztay did not yet indicate what Roku should do to make this right.
