I am not a hi tech person whatsoever. I am a retired lady. Move recently and they don't want you to have a dish in these condos so I got cable. But..they did not have the BVOVN (Believers voice of victory network). This religious station it very important to me as I have it on a lot to build my faith. So, i heard with Roku you could get this station. I was so happy. I went to Best Buy and bought a Roku Express last month. I moved here %-**-**. Anyway i asked the cable guy when he was here if he could hook it up and he was in a big hurry but said he would help me. He got on my lap top and asked me all sorts of things and hurried and got me set up, whether he did it correctly or not I don't know. Anyway when i go to get the BVOVN station (which is a no fee station so I hope you will still help me) when i try to use it it keeps saying loading and has a line waiting for it. Then it finally goes to the network and the show on BVOVN and about *-* minutes later it starts with the loading again. I called my cable co and they said it is a strong connection and i checked on the roku and it was strong. I checked for an update on roku but no it was up to date. I unplugged it from the wall countless times to no avail. I had a switch i bought to connect the roku and the dvd player into and just pressed the button on it to switch back and forth. First of course i have it on HMD * for either one. So i then unplugged the roku from the switch and plugged it straight into the tv alone and tried unplugging it and plugging it back in and nothing helps. I have prayed about this. Please help me. I need to watch my faith filled station. I called best buy and they won't take it back after two wks. I have tried calling you but it goes straight to a busy signal. My cable co does not help.
