I have attempted to link my new Roku Premier and am not allowed to link to my account. I have a valid account but forgot my p***word. Had a p***word sent and still was not able to connect. I tried to set up an new account and was notified that there is already an account, via a Roku *, using my e-mail address which is *****@***.com*I am tired of chasing my tail and need ***istance.
I trust that Roku will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
