I have attempted to link my new Roku Premier and am not allowed to link to my account. I have a valid account but forgot my password. Had a password sent and still was not able to connect. I tried to set up an new account and was notified that there is already an account, via a Roku *, using my e-mail address which is *****@***.com*I am tired of chasing my tail and need assistance.
GetHuman760365 did not yet indicate what Roku should do to make this right.
