The issue in GetHuman-oldhayba's own words
To reactivate Play Station Vue. ... As part of our ROKU stick service we have Play Station Vue. This is the second time we've been asked to re-activate in order to continue watching PS Vue. We were given a code and asked to go to psvue.com*activateroku. I ended up with Accurate Serve who said they represent ROKU. They asked for the activation code on our screen and said they would activate for us. But then they started asking questions beyond our email address which included my name, contact phone, etc. I got suspicious and asked if they were selling something? To which they responded no. I asked if they were with PS Vue. They said no they assist ROKU. I was then abruptly disconnected from live chat. I wrote down their business name and phone which was (***) ***-****. Is Roku authorizing this company to obtain info and activate for subscriber's? I went back and realized their link came just before your's when you search for psvue.com*activateroku. I then when to the correct link and activated again with a new code. Why are we continuing to have to re-activate when we are an existing subscriber?
Accurate Serve stated they represent ROKU and embarked upon asking for a lot of personal information that ROKU already has. They denied they were selling anything but wanted my phone number* internet provider etc. DOES ACCURATE SERVE represent ROKU? And why do we continually have to reactivate PS Vue when we are an active service paying customer? This is my third attempt to get an answer. WILL SOMEONE READ MY ORIGINAL INQUIRY? Thank you!
