I was trying to sign in to my Roku Account. The original sign up process took a lot of time and they have a ALL of my CONFIDENTIAL financial information! I cannot sign in to my Roku account using the very carefully saved login information, so I cannot initialize my Roku service on my tv at all. I am provided with a code number supplied by the device on my LG Smart TV and instructed onscreen... ... I cannot sign in to my Roku account using the email and password I very carefully documented, nor can I have them send me a password reset email. Everything I try results in a "Required" message with nothing else at all* no indication of what is "Required." This means I cannot activate my Roku at all.
I am furious! "America's NUMBER ONE choice for streaming players?" I think not! I will be returning this to WalMart pretty soon if I cannot get some satisfaction from this so-called "NUMBER ONE" company
I want Roku to fix the problem immediately!
I am a first time customer. If this is the product you are calling "NUMBER ONE" and the support you are going to provide, you can count this as an EPIC FAILURE and you can consider me a very unhappy customer who will use various social sites to register my problem and warn others not to bother with Roku garbage!
I am working with GetHuman, which successfully remediated problems with other "BIG BUSINESS" interests who are more than happy to take the money and run, with little concern for providing real service to their customers!**Finally thought about using my cell phone browser to try logging in. It worked. Problem solved. No thanks to GetHuman OR Roku! The GetHuman site does not seem to have an ISSUE FIXED button, so this is where I leave things..........
