I was trying to get a phone plan in Canada and I got one with Rogers for $** a month. What I didn't realize was that most of my friends at university have plans with the US, and every time they were calling me and texting me I was getting charged an international fee. I was given a bill for $*** that was totally unexpected, and I don't think that it is fair at all. They did offer to help me and make the bill $***, which I appreciate, however, I am completely incapable of paying that much money and it doesn't seem fair that I still am paying more than * times as much money than I budgeted for these two months. I really would love to talk to someone else about this matter than just with someone in a call center. I need to talk to a manager or someone to help me come up with another solution for me and Rogers. I really want to work together to come to some kind of agreement but if not I will try my best to get it sorted out with the CCTS. I really do want to take accountability for my mistakes but am terrified about rent and food bills at the same time that I won't be able to manage after paying so much money. Please help me talk to the right person. And thank you so much for considering my request already.
