I am on pay-as-go on my cell (ph* ***-***-****). I only use it for emergencies. I also just topped it off for another year. What I never realized is that you are charging me $**.** a month for phone and text. I do not know how to text. I would like to avoid this charge. What can I do? To spend $**.***month when I probably only use the phone for about ** minutes in AN ENTIRE YEAR does not seem fair. I would appreciate hearing from you so we can settle this problem.
