I waited one hour on GetHuman today with no success - after two similar sessions of ** minutes each yesterday. Needless to say the issue has not been resolved. I followed the instructions on the digital box: disconnecting the power, rebooting and switching on the power agian without any change in the problem. Most channels are ok, but a number have horizontal stripes appear and then the pictures scramble.*I would appreciaate if you sent a tecchnician to address the problem, as I am ** years of age and my expertise lies not in the area of solving TV glitches over the phone. In the eleven years we have been with Rogers, this would be the first TV technician to come here.*Until now, I find the level of support that I have been getting form Rogers to be abysmal.
