Was watching Tv Yesterday and it just cut out on me i tried to reset the box i turn it off and back on again i unplugged up and re-plugged it back in. i turned it off for hours and powered it back on again and every time i got nothing but a blank screen.. the guide would show up on the screen but i didn't have any picture or sound coming from the unit.*same for my internet at home it cut out the same time the cable did and nothing all day and its still not on yet i had to leave so i could head to work but my better half is at home wondering what in the world is going on with our services and if there's going to be CREDIT brought forth for time down and missed out on programs paid for??*There was a tech that came out yesterday but he just up and disappeared and didn't say what the issue was or if he were coming back etc.. the address this is about is *** -** john garland blvd etobicoke. and it the cable and internet services.*Thanks and i hope we can get this sorted out sooner then later
