The issue in GetHuman-pfishen's own words
Through no fault of our own our rogers, which have been up 'til now very happy with, services have been totally wiped out. Our high speed internet, our phone, our myrogers account, our email. After phoning rogers support several times we were basically told 'oops sorry' and that our services will be back to normal within two hours. It's been ** hours and still no connectivity. The power to our high speed modem is on but now wireless light, our phone box power is on with two adjacent lights flashing. We are seniors and need these services.
