Yesterday, my 12-year-old son accessed my computer and installed a mod menu on my account without my knowledge. He added over £2,[redacted],[redacted],[redacted] and shared this with his friends. Upon returning home and trying to log in after dinner, I discovered that my account has been suspended for 30 days. I have since removed the mod and deleted it. I also changed my computer password to prevent any future incidents. I would appreciate it if someone could look into this matter.

Hello, it has been almost a year since I bought GTA 5 from G2A. I played for a few hours initially, then took a break for a few months. When I tried to log back in recently, I realized it was a different account linked to my email. After checking my account details and going through my email, I found a message in a different language stating that my account was switched to a different email address. I used a translator to understand it. Now, when I look up my Social Club account (WR_Zentrix), I see it's set to private. Can anyone assist me with recovering my account? Thank you. Hello, I recently received two emails from Rockstar Games notifying me that my email address was successfully changed without my authorization. The new email address linked to my account is "[redacted]," replacing the previous one "[redacted]" I attempted to recover my account by clicking the RECOVER link, but I received an error message stating that the email address was associated with another account. Additionally, when I tried to log into GTA 5 using the Rockstar Launcher, it prompted me to purchase the game as if I didn't own it. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue promptly. It's been a couple of months since I last played the two Rockstar games I bought, Red Dead Redemption 2 and GTA V. The other day, when I tried to log in, it kept showing an error of incorrect email or password. I attempted to reset my password, but no recovery email was coming through to my inbox. I thought it might be a server issue and decided to wait a day before trying again. However, I noticed an email from Rockstar in Chinese that I had overlooked before. Today, I tried to reset my password again, but still didn't receive any emails. I translated the old Rockstar email and found out that my account had been stolen. The email stated that I would no longer receive emails at my original address and that they would now be sent to another email I don't own, which is "[redacted]" This is the translated email I received: "Rockstar Games Social Club Your account _AleTimpa's email address has been updated. You will no longer receive emails for this account at [redacted] Emails will now be sent to [redacted]" Now, I can't receive recovery emails from Rockstar or access the Social Club. Hello, today I tried to access my social club account and couldn't. After several failed attempts, I decided to reset my password, but to my surprise, the email didn't arrive. I waited, but it never showed up. I managed to access my account through the web using one of my linked accounts. Upon entering, I noticed my personal information had been changed, including the email and password. Clearly, my account was stolen and the details altered, even switching the language to Chinese. I urgently need to recover my account as I have purchased games and even have the email receipt for one of them. Rockstar support hasn't been helpful as my email and password were changed. I have evidence to prove it's my account. I look forward to your response. Thank you very much.

I've been unable to access my Rockstar Games account recently. When I tried to log in, it kept giving me an error. I attempted to reset my password, but I didn't receive the email. In my search for information, I found an email stating that my account email was changed without my approval. I translated the message, and it says my email was updated to a different one. I want my email changed back to [redacted] because my account was hacked, and I would like to regain access to play again.

Good morning, I'm writing here because I've been trying to contact you by phone but haven't been able to reach you. My issue is not technical, it's related to harassment in the online game GTA 5. There's a player who constantly harasses me, sending offensive messages and threatening that he will never let me play peacefully. Despite following the rules, he continues to disrupt my gameplay. I have the right to enjoy my annual subscription to PlayStation Plus without being harassed. I have tried blocking him, but he still manages to bother me. Hello, My account email [redacted] with the username Stefan012345 got hacked today. I received an email in Chinese at 11:52 am from rockstargames.com stating that my email address was changed to a Russian email. Then, at 11:53 am, I got another email in English asking me to verify my email address for a new account that I did not create. I just realized this issue, and when I tried to log in with my usual details, they no longer worked. After resetting the password, I found that my account is different, and all my games and scores are missing. Please assist me in restoring access to my original account. Thank you for your help. I transferred my level 88 character to the new GTA Online for Xbox Series X/S, but I wasn't given the option to continue with my progress. Starting from scratch after investing in this character since Xbox [redacted] is frustrating. I need to explain an unfortunate event that occurred during the transfer of my character. My Rockstar name is GK_THE_BEST, I have over 60 days of gameplay, and I had a character at level [redacted] and something. I transferred to PS5 smoothly and wanted to create a new character to try out the career mode. When I selected the empty character slot and checked it out, it didn't seem very interesting to me, so I went back at the initial class selection. In the GTA Online menu, I selected free mode, but then a message popped up telling me to select a character. I said "ok," then another message appeared asking if I wanted to keep the level of GK_THE_BEST ([redacted]) on character 1, to which I instinctively replied "no" since no one had asked to do this. I went back and tried again, but the same thing happened. I instinctively selected "no" again and ended up creating a character I had never seen before, without even choosing the starting class. After saving and continuing, I got stuck in an endless black screen. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, but no success. Finally, I managed to select a character using the online menu from story mode, but sadly found myself facing the screen with two empty slots, my level [redacted] character missing. I quickly created a new one and checked: the money in the bank (30 million) was there, and the general statistics were the same, but my original character was nowhere to be found. I've been playing since [redacted]/[redacted], spending nearly [redacted] million on cars, offices, garages, activities, etc., and now due to a game bug, I lost everything. I'm asking to have my character back if possible or to find a solution. I hope this issue can be read and understood. Thank you for your attention.

I am concerned that my Red Dead Redemption 2 account may have been compromised as I am not receiving a password reset email. My email address has always been [redacted] When I attempt to contact support, the email provided is [redacted], which I believe belongs to the hacker. I believe the issue will be resolved if the password reset email is sent to [redacted], as my account name is prinsallan and it matches my email address. My Facebook login also corresponds to this email address. My name is Jonas Åstrand from Sweden, and I can provide a photo of my driver's license if necessary. Hello, I believe my Rockstar Social Club account has been hacked. When I start to play GTA through Steam, I can see my nickname: Jane_Monstermoon, and I can play online with my current level, but I am unable to manually log in to my account on Rockstar Games Launcher or Social Club. I recently received an email stating that my account address was changed to someone else's address. I believe my account has been hacked. My Social Club nickname is daFkinJMK. I attempted to resolve this on the Social Club website but encountered difficulties uploading images and files or submitting my request. The email I received contains Chinese characters, which I cannot read. Hello, my name is Warren Newby, known as KingNewby1985 on PS4. I am reaching out to request a significant update for GTA. Please consider the following suggestions to enhance the game: adding customizable fire stations, more fire trucks, fire missions, police missions, and ambulance missions. It would be great to include the ability to buy hospitals, ambulance vehicles outside the hospital, and engage in rescue missions. Introducing missions with the police, such as car chases, robberies, and stopping muggings, would make the game more engaging for everyone. I believe implementing these features would greatly enhance the GTA experience. Thank you for your time in considering these ideas.

I received an email three days ago indicating that my email address had been changed, which suggested someone had accessed my password, although I am unsure how. Last night, when I attempted to log in, I successfully accessed my account, changed my password, and set up two-step verification. However, I cannot see my GTA 5 game on the platform, only an option to purchase the game. I am concerned as I have invested money in this game and hope nothing has occurred to it. I am experiencing issues playing Red Dead Redemption 2 on PC. I have taken several troubleshooting steps, including updating drivers, disabling firewall and antivirus, and reinstalling the game and launcher. Despite these efforts, I am unable to launch the game through the Rockstar launcher, which shows it as unavailable. Additionally, when scanning for games, it does not detect any. I have followed online troubleshooting guides without success. It is frustrating that this seems to be a common problem, judging by similar user experiences. I also tried contacting support to no avail. I hope for a prompt resolution to avoid having to seek a refund.

Hello. Approximately an hour ago, I attempted to log in to my Rockstar Games account but encountered difficulties accessing it. Despite trying the forgotten password option, I did not receive an email. Consequently, I navigated to the main Rockstar Games page and created a new account using my original Gmail address. Subsequently, I checked with my friends to ascertain the status of my Rockstar Games account and discovered that a member had left our crew a month ago, which raised concerns as my friends do not add strangers. Delving deeper, I found that the said individual has only my friends on their friend list, leading me to suspect that they may have changed the login details, including the Gmail account and password, as well as the username associated with my account. Since I have not accessed my account in approximately four months, I am seeking assistance in recovering it. The current username on my account is Lesperienza from Turkey, although I wish to clarify that I am from Lithuania, not Turkey.
