My friend needs to unlink his Rockstar Social Club account from his Steam account. He provided the necessary information to gain access to the account, changed his email successfully. However, to unlink it from Steam, he was asked to reply via email with the original email used to create the account, which he no longer has access to as he deleted the email account. Customer support is refusing to proceed with the unlinking without the original email. Will he never be able to unlink the accounts since he deleted the email due to personal reasons, despite his attempts to recreate it?

Hi, before June, I could play GTA without any issues. Suddenly, my PlayStation stopped recognizing the GTA 5 disc. I bought a new one, but the problem persisted. I deleted all the downloads and tried to re-download from PSN, but it said I already owned it. Even though I can't find any traces of GTA in my profiles or downloads, only saved video clips. My PlayStation 4 seems to not want GTA 5 anymore, and space is not a problem. I have asked my friends, but no one knows what's wrong. Can anyone help me with this issue?

I tried to save my game online to my Social Club and bookmark it. After restarting my game as instructed, it displayed an error saying, “Your save data could not be loaded from Rockstar’s servers right now.” I attempted various troubleshooting steps like restarting again and signing out of my Social Club account, but none of these solutions have been successful. Additionally, I suspect that money may have been deducted as my balance decreased from 5 million to 3 million after checking my stats on the Social Club platform.

I'm struggling to enable 2-factor authentication for my Rockstar Social Club account. The registered email is outdated now due to Microsoft discontinuing Hotmail. When attempting to update it, the system requests a password I no longer remember. I can access my account through Xbox and PlayStation. This morning, when I logged on to GTA on 22/12/[redacted], I realized that my $8.5 million is missing along with two cars I bought and customized. These cars, the Gauntlet Hellfire and Vapid Dominator GTX, were in my penthouse garage on 17/12/[redacted]. I have been working hard to earn these since I started playing, and I experienced a similar issue before, even though I saved my progress by going to story mode. I would appreciate it if my items could be restored.

I was recently banned from GTA Online and would like to address the sudden increase in my GTA dollars. Yesterday, I unintentionally found myself in a money lobby without my consent. When I tried to contact support for assistance, the phone number provided was inactive, leaving me unable to seek help. I am requesting that my account be restored to the state it was on December 23, [redacted], at 17:00 UTC, before the unexpected interaction with the hacker occurred.

I am frustrated with an ongoing issue in GTA Online related to my nightclub not properly connecting to my bunker, resulting in financial losses. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this through support tickets and phone calls, I have not received a satisfactory response. I believe that Rockstar Games should address this recurring glitch promptly to avoid further inconvenience to players. I have encountered difficulties with resupply missions and deliveries, causing me to lose substantial amounts of in-game currency. I hope for a resolution soon as this problem has persisted for over a month. It is disappointing that such a fundamental issue remains unresolved in a game as popular as GTA Online. I would appreciate some form of compensation for the persistent troubles I have faced, such as a Megalodon shark card.

Every time I head to my bunker in my car, I encounter an issue when I try to deliver supplies. Despite numerous attempted solutions, like changing bunker locations and restarting the game, nothing seems to work. My frustration peaked when I wasted a substantial amount of in-game money encountering the same problem my friend faced with his nightclub. This glitch is not only affecting my gameplay but also my enjoyment of GTA V. I've scoured the internet for solutions without success, and even Rockstar's tech support numbers are unresponsive. If there's any way to reimburse me for my lost time and money, it would be greatly appreciated. It's disheartening to see such a persistent bug in a popular game like this.

I am having trouble selling products from my bunker after doing resupply missions. I can fill it with supplies, but then I can't sell anything. I've tried different things like restarting the game, but nothing works. I have contacted support many times, but I keep getting the same unhelpful suggestions. I want to talk to a real person for a solution because I've lost a lot of in-game money due to this issue. It's frustrating because this used to be my main source of income. I would appreciate it if someone could respond to me quickly and maybe even provide me with some in-game money compensation. Hello, I am seeking your assistance as my girlfriend's sons have been unable to play online for about a week now. They mentioned that they are banned from playing online. I am not sure what may have prompted this ban. I recall they were playing at home with a friend, each on their own PS4 with their individual accounts. The in-game names of the boys are FAKE_Elvin and FAKE_Frozen2005. I do not have the name of their friend. Last night while playing GTA Online, I encountered two players who relentlessly tried to attack me. Fortunately, I managed to defeat one of them. In response, they sent me a voice message and multiple emails, leading me to turn off the game. Upon logging back in later, I discovered that all my progress was lost, and my bank account was drained of 3.5 million in-game currency. This incident deeply upset me as it wiped out all my remaining funds, which I used to purchase Megalodon Shark cards when I was working before having a stroke. I hope the game developers can address this issue and prevent such malicious behavior in the future. It would be greatly appreciated if my lost funds could be restored. My screen name is rams_fan805. My disabled son spun the wheel on GTA5 around 6:20 PM today, February 9, [redacted]. He won the car (blue, armored with guns, graffiti) but only received $[redacted] in tokens instead. He landed directly on the car icon, so there should be no confusion. The $[redacted] tokens he received are not close to what he rightfully won. I have captured photos of the incident as proof. I completed the Cayo Perico Heist twice this week with my son. The first time was on 09/02/21 at 10:30 pm (UK time), and the second time was on 10/02/21 at 9:30 pm (UK time). Both times, we finished the heist, saw the final cut scene, and received the rewards, including the 50% bonus offer. However, I got kicked out both times and did not receive any of the rewards. I achieved platinum player status both times, and the rewards were approximately £1.5 million, plus the 50% bonus of £750k. I have had no issues with other heists in the game, but for some reason, the Cayo Perico Heist isn't paying me my money. I even attempted it solo on Friday night (12/02) and got kicked out at the end, losing £1.3 million. I am frustrated as I can’t contact support or submit tickets through the Social Club app. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly. Regards, A.

I recently purchased GTA 5 from the Rockstar Games store. When I tried to download it, the download process began for a moment and then seemed to reset, prompting me to pay for it again. Hello, I've been facing some issues recently with GTA Online. Upon entering the game, my account progress resets consistently. Despite reaching rank 50 after investing numerous hours, I found my progress wiped out with no explanation. Additionally, my clothing keeps reverting to the default suit and tie whenever I log in. On February 28th, [redacted], I encountered hackers in a lobby who threatened to "remotely reset" my account. Shortly after, I received a permanent ban, which I suspect was due to the hackers' actions rather than Rockstar admins. I am a devoted GTA player who has never engaged in hacking. It would be appreciated if measures could be taken to enhance security against hackers to prevent other players from experiencing similar issues. I recently contacted Rockstar Games regarding my wiped GTA character after suspecting it was due to a property glitch circulating in July/August [redacted]. To focus on studies, I let my little brother use my PlayStation during a break from Grand Theft Auto. I believe he might have unknowingly triggered the glitch on my account and didn't mention it to me. I had legitimately earned a significant amount of money and levels over the years and now feel disappointed that I can't enjoy the game as before. I hope that Rockstar Games can consider restoring my account since the glitch wasn't caused by me. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have some ideas for GTA 5 that I would love to share with the developers. I think adding new business opportunities like a flight school, hiring pilots, and smuggling goods could make the game even more exciting. I also have suggestions for missions involving the strip club, heists, and expanding the player's ability to run multiple businesses. Additionally, I believe introducing a space pirate game could be an amazing idea for future game development. I wish I had the skills and knowledge to work on these ideas myself. I purchased GTA on March 28th and began playing. I had heard about cheaters/hackers/modders on PC, but didn't expect it to be so prevalent. If you did not make this change or if it was done without your permission, you can reset your password or contact Rockstar Customer Support at their website. My Social Club account has been linked to my platform account Z4nYaR BOOM. The email address for my account zanyar_spams has been changed from [redacted] to [redacted] I also purchased a shark card for my account and have the code for it: Shark card code: RANL-EFSD-ZLGX-TM95, amounting to 1,[redacted],[redacted]. I have the receipt for this purchase. Please assist me in regaining access to my account as it has been compromised by someone else.
