I purchased the CD version in December [redacted]. Recently, I wanted to play again, so I downloaded the Rockstar Games launcher and logged in using my email address at [redacted] along with my password. However, upon logging in, I was surprised to see that my account did not have GTA 5 available. It prompts me to buy the game again, despite having the CD. I know I should have access to it. Can someone assist me with this issue? Let me know if you need a screenshot for reference.

Hello, I recently discovered that my nephew made unauthorized purchases of an Avenger and a facility in my GTA 5 online account. I attempted to sell them but realized I needed to contact Rockstar Support for assistance. I am requesting a refund for the GTA$ spent on these items. I had plans for that money and spent over £40 to acquire the GTA$ (approximately 5 million). Currently, I am stuck with items I have no use for. Despite receiving an email that the issue was resolved, I found no money in my account and an unwanted purchase. I have informed them of my mental health challenges, explaining that not having access to my funds is distressing for me. Even with this information, my request for a refund was denied. Around 2 a.m. Pacific Time, I noticed my Stromberg was missing on June 18th, [redacted]. It was fully loaded with rockets, neon lights, and a $30,[redacted] custom layout. I always invested in the most costly upgrades hoping for the best performance. I sent a letter to support but never received a reply. A couple of weeks ago, I won a ScramJet in a casino wheel spin, which I saw as compensation for the loss of my Stromberg, even though I prefer the Stromberg. This morning, on August 5th, [redacted], I noticed the ScramJet was also missing. I searched everywhere, contacted insurance, and checked all properties, but couldn't find it. I also realized I haven't seen my Grotti GTO. I hope all my vehicles are returned, with compensation for the money and time invested in each, totaling nearly $2.5 million in GTA Cash Credits. My ID is ESTin1976, and my first name in the game is "fiXr".

I linked my Twitch Prime to my Social Club account, but haven't received in-game notification even after 48 hours. I set up my husband's account on the same day and he got $200k verification when logging in Online. We have separate Amazon and Twitch accounts. I switched my Twitch Prime from an old Xbox GT to a new one, but I can only see the Social Club Connection, not the Twitch Prime Loot Connection in my settings. Despite checking everything, I am worried about missing out on the free Nightclub. I created a second character to ensure I completed the online tutorial. Any help is appreciated.

While playing Red Dead Online, I recently purchased the black Arabian horse during a sale event. However, when I attempted to switch my saddle, I accidentally discarded it instead of un-equipping it. As a result, I now need to pay $[redacted] to reclaim the saddle, along with the other accessories like the upgraded saddle bag costing $[redacted] and the lantern for $[redacted]. Altogether, I would need $[redacted] to recover everything, which I currently do not possess in-game. Any assistance in retrieving the lost saddle and its attachments would be greatly appreciated. I am having difficulties receiving the Rockstar Twitch Prime Loot even though I have linked my social network, gamer tag, and Twitch Prime account. I can easily claim loot for other games, but not for RDR2 and GTA5. I have had Twitch Prime for a while but have rarely received discounts and loot for Rockstar games, which is the main reason I subscribed to Twitch Prime. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue as my patience is wearing thin.

Hello, I wanted to reach out about a recurring issue I've been facing with my arcade in the game. My arcade keeps getting reset, which means I lose all the renovations and my heist progress is wiped out. I had set up the casino heist with the finale board ready, which required a lot of time and effort to complete. I've tried the suggestions provided previously, like clearing the cache and buying a new arcade, but unfortunately, they didn't work. I've come to terms with losing my heist progress completely. I kindly request compensation for the time and effort I've invested in setting up the heist, only to have it reset without any fault of mine. Hello, I noticed an issue when playing the naturalist role in Red Dead Redemption 2 online. In the online game mode, certain clothing items cause the hair of female characters to be tucked into items that stick out around the neck of the Avatar. Particularly, the Morales vest and Valdez vest items have this problem. Some hairstyles end up being tucked into these vest items, causing them to clip with the player's scalp and creating a bald spot on the back of the avatar's head. This clipping is quite unattractive and can deter me and other players from using various clothing items due to this issue. While I understand it may not be game-breaking, players who pay attention to detail and appreciate good graphics will likely be dissatisfied with this clipping problem, as it affects the appearance of the character. Therefore, I kindly request that this clipping issue be addressed by removing the tucked-in variants of hair for all shoulder-length hairstyles. The character looks much better without this feature.

Hello, I won a flying car on GTA 5 online, but it disappeared shortly after. I'm unable to win it again at the casino because it shows I already own the car, which is the first issue. Secondly, upon logging in, I was informed that I had won 500k, but the amount was not added to my account. Thirdly, I purchased a facility to complete the casino heist, finished all setup, but now it's asking me to start a different heist, erasing my progress. The fourth problem relates to a deal for setting up 2-step verification, promising 500m on GTA and 20 gold bars on Red Dead Redemption, which I never received. If these issues are not resolved, I might stop playing GTA. This is the second time I've reached out to Rockstar about these problems without any response. I have been attempting to acquire the trader business in Red Dead Redemption 2 for three days now. I have successfully opened the letter from Crips and completed the initial cutscene when I first began playing the game several months ago. Just recently, I gathered enough gold bars to purchase the business. However, upon visiting the Wilderness Outfitters and checking the equipment section, I was disappointed to find that the butcher table was not available for purchase. Hello, I returned from work and discovered an email stating that my account has been reset. It's perplexing as I typically use the account regularly but due to my work schedule from Monday to Friday, I can only access the game when time allows, mainly when not tending to my children. Hello, When I returned home from work, I received an email stating that my account had been reset. Due to my Monday to Friday work schedule, I haven't been able to log in during the week but try when I can. I am confused about being labeled as a cheater as I do not engage in any glitches. I use my account for business purposes and income only. I was under the impression that a PlayStation 4 cannot be hacked, so I am unsure how this situation has occurred. I'm sure many of you are familiar with the practice known as "back to back" or "b2b" in games like the Casino Heist in GTA Online. This involves a player hosting a heist and giving the other player a large cut, then closing the app to repeat the process quickly. I propose a solution to prevent this exploit by introducing a "Heist Timer" feature. After completing a heist, players should be unable to immediately join or host another, deterring rapid repeats. For players who have participated in all the heist setups, a shorter "Heist Timer" could be implemented to reward their efforts. This feature would help maintain balance and fairness in the game.

About a week ago, when I logged onto GTA Online, I was greeted with a welcome message cautioning against cheating and glitching. Ever since then, each time I try to access GTA Online, it directs me to a character creation screen, prompting me to create a new character while my old one and all progress are gone. I believe that Rockstar's detection system mistakenly flagged my account, as I have never exploited or cheated in the game. Despite submitting a ticket to Rockstar support, my concerns have been overlooked, and I have not received any assistance. Bonjour, je me permets de vous contacter pour deux raisons différentes. La première concerne le fait d'être banni alors que je ne dérange personne. Comme beaucoup d'autres, je trouve votre jeu extrêmement long, ce qui m'a poussé à utiliser un mod menu. Cependant, contrairement à certains, je n'ai jamais attaqué qui que ce soit, donc je trouve cela injuste. Ensuite, la deuxième raison est que vos serveurs ne semblent pas être très sécurisés. Certains de mes amis ont réussi à s'y connecter et ont pu accéder à des données sur des futurs DLC ou jeux. Je voulais vous contacter pour vous informer qu'au lieu de simplement surveiller vos jeux, il serait préférable de prioriser la fiabilité et la sécurité de vos serveurs.

I forgot to select the garage to deposit the car since my boxes were full, and I was taking some time trying to decide which car to remove, struggling to recall all the names of the cars I own.
