Hello, Today at 3:35 p.m., I was wrongly banned for allegedly violating the guidelines. My friend (Tree_IQ) and I killed other GTA V online players, my friend (Tree_IQ) had a mod activated, but I did not have any mods on. I just drove my friend (Tree_IQ) to the GTA V online players. I also killed GTA online players, but WITHOUT MODS. Only with my own weapons and my own car. My friend (Tree_IQ) had explosive weapons and teleported everywhere. I hope that my ban will be lifted because it's unfair for me to be banned when my friend (Tree_IQ) was the one using mods. Please administer the appropriate penalty to him for his modding. Sincerely, RR.

I purchased two Shark Cards for GTA Online totaling $[redacted] but did not receive the in-game money. After contacting Playstation Network, they stated that Rockstar Games is responsible, but they are unable to issue a refund. I opened a ticket with Rockstar a week ago and provided all necessary proof including screenshots and proof of purchase. I received one automated response after 3 days requesting information I already provided. Despite daily follow-ups on the ticket, there has been no progress or update from Rockstar Games.

Yesterday, I enjoyed playing Hunting Pack Adversary Mode with my friends for a few hours. With the bonus of 3x RP and Cash, I was able to save up and buy the cheapest hangar at LSIA. I customized it fully and spent time organizing some of my Pegasus aircraft inside before logging off for the night. Today, upon returning to the game, I noticed that all the upgrades to my hangar were missing. This issue had occurred previously with a civilian car I had customized, but I brushed it off as a one-time occurrence. However, experiencing the same problem with my hangar was disheartening after dedicating so much time and effort into the game. I kindly request to be reimbursed for the purchases I made, which total $[redacted],[redacted] while on sale. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I hope you have a good day.

Hello, I wanted to reach out regarding an issue I encountered after replacing my podium vehicle at the Lucky Wheel in Diamond Casino. Unfortunately, I did not realize that by swapping it with the half truck, my previous car would be deleted. The replaced podium vehicle, the Gotti, was my absolute favorite with its unique feature of being able to apply graffiti-style paint, making it look amazing. I deeply miss this car and would love to have it restored. My online ID is UBBAD_SON. Kindly assist me in resolving this matter at your earliest convenience. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated. Thank you. - UBBAD_SON

I recently experienced some frustrating issues with my Grand Theft Auto game. My rank dropped from [redacted] to 99 unexpectedly. Additionally, I encountered problems with my cocaine business where multiple resupplies did not register, causing my product levels to fluctuate. I missed out on the $1 million bonus for completing objectives before May 27th, even though I completed more than 10. I also faced setbacks with my nightclub, losing money spent on booking a DJ, cash in the wall safe, and earnings from missions and races that did not reflect in my bank account. Despite assigning a technician for two days, my nightclub has not accumulated any product. I have invested a significant amount of money in this game and expect these issues to be resolved promptly.

I bought gold bars twice but they aren't appearing in my game. I got Red Dead 2 from Gamefly. I've been trying for 3 days to get them to show up. I purchased the gold bars through PlayStation Live. They tried to assist me but advised me to reach out to you. I made two purchases of $20 each for 55 gold bars each. One was with PayPal, the other with my credit card. However, both transactions failed to show up in the game.

I created my online character back on the PS3 when GTA Online first launched. Later, I transferred the character to my PS4 when GTA 5 was released on that platform. Recently, I purchased GTA 5 for PC but forgot the login details for the Social Club account linked to my character. I've created a new Social Club account and connected it to my PSN account. I just discovered that character transferring has been discontinued for years, but I'm desperate not to lose all the progress I've made. I've invested a significant amount of time and money into this character, and I'm hoping there might still be a way to transfer my old character to PC. Starting from scratch after dedicating so much time and money is disheartening. I would like at least to retain my rank and have access to the in-game purchases I made over the years with shark cards.

I am writing to address the banning of my GTA account, SirMango95229. I kindly request a review of the ban as I believe it was not entirely my fault. The incident occurred when a modder teleported me in-game and dropped money that I involuntarily collected due to being unable to leave. Despite receiving notifications about suspicious activity on my account, I couldn't disconnect from the server, resulting in me being AFK. Upon returning to my computer, I discovered I had been permanently banned. I would like to provide evidence of my legitimate gameplay, particularly my involvement in casino heists within GTA 5 online, before the ban was enforced. I am willing to cooperate and offer further proof if required. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, SirMango95229 (or Christian).

When I stepped away from my game for a short while, I returned to find an unexpected situation. There was a significant sum of money added to my GTA account, and players were getting flagged for cheating. Concerned for my account's security, I quickly exited the game. Upon my return, I discovered that I had been permanently banned. Subsequently, I received an automated email from Rockstar stating a 30-day suspension instead of a permanent ban. I diligently reviewed the code of conduct and acknowledge the rules against unfair advantages, but I had no part in the irregular event. While I am willing to have the money removed, I believe a suspension is extreme. I have been diligently working on Diamond Casino heists with friends, hoping to purchase a Deluxo with the earnings. The email mentioned a complete reset of my account, which I find distressing. I left the game promptly once I realized what was happening, and I am only seeking a resolution to restore my progress. The email emphasized the decision was final, but I remain hopeful for a solution to rectify this situation. Regards, Oliver PC: SirOlive14

The Rockstar Games Launcher recently updated, but I'm encountering an issue where it states that online sign-in failed. Unfortunately, the offline sign-in option is unavailable since I haven't signed in on this machine post-update. Strangely, it seems previous sign-ins are not recognized due to the update. When attempting to resolve the problem, the Launcher does not provide the option to sign in, only the choice to quit. Even after restarting the Launcher, the issue persists. I noticed an error code displayed in the corner of the window, which reads as #[redacted].87.

I have been experiencing ongoing issues with online support providing the same repeated responses directing me to create a new account. However, I am adamant about not wanting to set up a new account and have been frustrated by the lack of resolution to a security issue from six years ago that rendered my login password invalid. This issue was not previously affecting my gameplay on PS3/PS4 consoles. Now, having obtained the PC version of the game, I am faced with needing to log in, hence the problem has resurfaced. Unfortunately, the original email used for the account setup is no longer accessible due to the company's closure. I find the suggestion to create a new account overwhelming and believe it only serves to boost user numbers artificially. I am greatly disappointed in the lack of assistance provided in dealing with what appears to be a simple fix. Without access to the original email, resetting my password is impossible, and the company's closure makes recovery impossible. I am puzzled as to why my password was impacted, and I implore for a genuine effort to assist in resolving this matter promptly and effectively.

Hello, I would like to explain the issue I am experiencing. I have been playing GTA V online for about a month. This morning, I received an email stating that my account has been temporarily suspended, but I am unsure of the reason. I usually play at night when my kids are asleep, as a way to unwind before bed. I am concerned about potentially losing all my progress. I do occasionally allow my 10 and 8-year-old children to play on my account under my supervision, so I am not sure if they may have unknowingly violated any rules. I am 36 years old and enjoy playing GTA V in the evenings. Can you assist me in reinstating my account so I can continue enjoying the game? I appreciate your help. I am from Canada, and English is not my first language, so I hope you can understand me. Please reply to this email. Thank you for your assistance. My account name is "masterxwolf87" with the email "[redacted]"

On April 27th of this year, I received an email in Chinese which I have now translated. The email mentioned my account TMTTH06 and stated that the email address had been updated from [redacted] to [redacted] It advised that if I was aware of the change, no action was needed; otherwise, I could restore my account or contact Rockstar customer support. I'm now unable to access the games I purchased through the Rockstar Games launcher due to this unauthorized change. I am struggling to reach out to Rockstar support to resolve this issue. I am eager to have my account restored and would appreciate assistance with resolving this matter.

I attempted to download Rockstar's Red Dead 2 on my dad's computer for Father's Day, but we were unable to do so. After consulting with a local expert in Lake City, Fl, we were informed that the game cannot be run on his computer. I am disappointed that my dad won't be able to enjoy this game, so I am requesting a refund to my card. My order number is O3BE7ULDNROJL; however, when I try to submit a ticket using this number, it cannot be found. I have been trying to contact Rockstar via email without any luck. I would appreciate prompt assistance with this issue. If only I could get the game to work on his CPU, I would be thrilled. I have the game on my PlayStation and I absolutely love it! My name is Michael J., and I purchased the Special Edition for my dad. The receipt is dated 6/14/20 and is in my email.

I attempted to enhance the graphics in Red Dead Redemption 2 on PC using a mod for story mode, but now the game won't run correctly and prompts me to adjust authentication settings. Despite uninstalling and reinstalling the game, the issue persists. An error message also indicated a problem related to a mod in use. I believe this is a matter that Rockstar Games should rectify. Following a system restore, the problem persists. Unfortunately, I am unable to access Rockstar's webpage due to difficulties locating the authenticator app. My username is [redacted]

Upon entering my arcade in GTA Online to prepare for the Diamond Casino Heist with a friend, I encountered a notification prompting me to set up my arcade, despite having done so previously. To my dismay, I discovered a different wallpaper, a trashed interior, and an empty basement lacking my fleet of expensive cars worth over $10 million, including the Progen T20, Principe Deveste Eight, Pegassi Tezeract, Pegassi Reaper, and more. Even after attempting to reset the arcade, the issue persisted, and the cut-scene failed to trigger. Despite checking the computer in-game, everything appeared normal. I play on Xbox One S, under the GamerTag ChillRKillR9296, in Grand Theft Auto 5 Online. I seek a resolution to restore my missing cars and revert my arcade to its original state, fully prepared for the heist, or adequate compensation to reacquire my lost vehicle upgrades.

On July 2, I encountered significant issues with the GTA servers and cloud servers while playing throughout the night. I encountered difficulties joining sessions with friends, experienced random disconnections from sessions, and noticed glitches in the gameplay. During that session, I managed to sell three vehicles within three and a half hours while following the necessary procedure. Despite reaching the daily sale limit and understanding that it cannot be reset, I faced the issue of my first original custom plate becoming unusable while the remaining two plates stayed normal. After reporting these issues, I received compensation of GTA$[redacted],[redacted] for losing the three original plates. However, the original plates remain locked to my vehicles in-game, preventing me from changing them except for the color. I am unsure why this occurred and how to resolve it. Though I am willing to abide by the sale limit, I am now hindered by restrictions due to inadvertently selling two vehicles with the same plate. I seek a resolution to this issue to enjoy the game without these complications and customize my vehicles with new plates.

While playing Red Dead Redemption 2 online, I reached level 20 and collected 15 gold nuggets to purchase the butcher table. However, I encountered a glitch preventing me from buying it despite trying various troubleshooting methods I found online. My only option seemed to be starting a new character. After creating a new character, I experienced another issue when trying to take her picture. The game glitched, and I found myself in an empty world without objective markers. I had to restart the game from the menu to proceed. Upon retrying, I found myself back in jail, but creating the character required $[redacted] of in-game currency, causing frustration. To quickly start playing with my friends, I used my gold nuggets to bypass the fee. However, I encountered the same glitch of being stuck in the open world without objectives, hindering my progress in the online mode. Subsequent attempts forced me to pay $[redacted], which I lacked, preventing me from advancing further in the online game.

Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Jarin Thryselius
