I went to Walmart and bought a $50 and a $10 PSN card. After using the codes to add $60 to my PS4 account, I purchased a Golden Whale Shark Cash Card and a Bull Shark Cash Card on Grand Theft Auto. With the remaining money, I bought the DELUXO for $3,[redacted],[redacted] from War Stock. I customized it and took it for a drive, but it blew up when a truck exploded near it. I called Mors Mutual Insurance for repairs, but when I tried to retrieve it from my mechanic, it was nowhere to be found. Unfortunately, I did not receive a refund for the missing vehicle.

At around 12:33 AM on April 13th, I spun the Daily "Wheel of Fortune" at the Diamond Casino and won the Imponte Deluxo vehicle prize, a car I've always wanted. Excited beyond belief, I immediately shared the news with all my friends. After winning, I was prompted to "Select Property" to store my new vehicle without a specific deadline. Sadly, within 30 seconds, the option to choose the property disappeared, leaving me unable to secure a spot for my prize. I have video evidence and screenshots to support my claim.

Around 12:33 AM, I used my daily "Spin the Wheel" at the Diamond Casino and won the Imponte Deluxo vehicle reward. I was overjoyed as this was the car of my dreams and immediately shared the news with my friends. When prompted to "Select Property" to store the vehicle, the option disappeared after about 30 seconds of my excitement. I have video evidence and screenshots to support my claim, which I shared with Rockstar for them to address the issue and return my won vehicle. Thank you.

Dear Support Team, I am facing a major issue and desperately need your assistance. Recently, while playing GTA Online with my friends, we initiated a heist mission through Lester. During the mission, my character’s hair color changed, and my hairstyle was altered without my input. Strangely, I found myself equipped with only a pistol and a rocket launcher, lacking my usual weapons arsenal. Upon completion of the mission, I won a Deluxo car at the casino but was unable to select the garage for storage. Subsequently, upon attempting to access my penthouse garage through the elevator, I was notified that I hadn't purchased a penthouse, indicating a loss of all my properties including the Facility, bunker, Hangar, and multiple other assets along with various vehicles such as the x80 proto, Grotti Turismo, and more listed in detail below. I seem to have lost all my progress and belongings in the game overnight. Yesterday, everything was fine while I was playing with a friend, but today, I logged in to find that my house, company, clubhouse, bunker, vehicle cargo, and arcade - essentially everything I had purchased - is gone. Not only that, but all my guns are missing too, including the expensive MK2 ones. Even my cars have disappeared along with my properties. Unfortunately, I can't even summon my vehicles via the mechanic because all my garages are empty as well. Surprisingly, my level and money remain the same as yesterday; the only change is the loss of my purchased items and progress. It's disheartening as I'm left with nothing to use in the game. Can someone please look into this matter and help restore my lost items? I'm at a loss on what to do next and feel unable to play without my possessions.

This is my second message. I have some feedback for your game. I think it's good, but it could be made easier and more authentic. It shouldn't be like those Hollywood FatCats making money off garbage. Tom Hanks was good, though. I suggest adding a jet, like in Iron Man, for example, the Stark jet as an Easter egg after completing the diamond casino heist. Also, consider making cars more affordable in the game, as some are overly expensive. For revenue, you could offer a $16,[redacted] megalodon deluxe shark card for $[redacted]. It's worth considering to enhance the game experience.

I was recently banned from Grand Theft Auto 5 under the username Razaer_laptop due to several reports claiming that I was hacking in the game. The main reasons for the ban were related to bugs that Rockstar Games hadn't fixed, leading some players to incorrectly assume I was cheating. One incident involved me being blamed for manipulating the game to have an invisible rocket in the arena war spectator turrets, another for a car in a bunker that had been there before another player joined, and a third for a delayed internet connection affecting a fight outcome. Dear Rockstar Games, I wanted to report an issue I am experiencing in GTA V online. As a CEO, I have been struggling to save the name of my organization. Despite renaming it multiple times and paying in-game currency for the changes, the name keeps reverting back to "An Organization." I play Red Dead Redemption on PS4 with the username BLK_Grim_Reeper. I have completed 19 daily challenges and was working towards the 28-day streak challenge. Today, on April 22, [redacted], when attempting my 20th daily challenge, the game reset my progress back to day 1. I am confused as yesterday I successfully completed the challenge to go to Owanjila dam, and it showed my streak as 19/21 completed. I kindly request a reset of my streak as I have lost 20 days due to this issue on my 20th consecutive day. I have made multiple calls to the support line at [redacted] but have not been able to reach anyone for assistance.

Hello, I need assistance with my account that was hacked two days ago. Another set of login credentials was created, and although I was able to "recover my account" through my email address and set a new password, I cannot edit my information in my profile settings. The hacker chose a new username ("LegenDaa921") and the old password chosen by the hacker is still visible. It seems like the hacker may still have access despite me being able to log in with my email and new password. I kindly request to regain control of my account, as my friends list was deleted and replaced with two unknown friends, and to prevent the hacker from accessing my account. I did not submit a support request to Rockstar Support five hours ago! I tried reaching out to support, but the page is not loading for me. Additionally, when I send messages, my old profile picture and name are still displayed. My GTA Online account was used for cheating, and I am not at Level [redacted]. I am reaching out to request to be unsuspended. I believe my suspension was unjust because my 2-factor device was stolen, preventing me from logging in. Despite reaching out to Rockstar support multiple times, I only received automated responses. I recently discovered that someone else used my compromised account, resulting in my suspension. I am not concerned about losing my progress; I simply want to access GTA Online. Dealing with clinical depression, I found solace in my gaming routine, disrupted by COVID-19. My doctor suggested finding a temporary distraction, hence my eagerness to resume playing. I understand your policy on final suspensions but hope for leniency given the circumstances. It would be more helpful to engage with a live chat representative, especially during these times. I also redeemed 5 shark card codes, adding up to 8 million GTA dollars, which I hope to find in my account upon resolution. Despite reaching out via Twitter, I have yet to receive a reply. While playing GTA Online, I completed various activities such as the Maude bounty target missions, the slasher event to unlock the revolver, and the treasure hunt. I also won $20,[redacted] from spinning the wheel, converted chips into money at the casino, and banked a total of $[redacted],[redacted]. However, when I tried to switch sessions to play with my cousin, I encountered a loading screen issue. Hello, I recently encountered an issue in GTA 5 online mode on my PS4. I was playing normally this afternoon, but when I returned and played again, I completed a job where I earned $[redacted],[redacted]. I also customized a car, purchased a garage for car exports, stole and sold another car, accumulating around $[redacted],[redacted]. However, after dinner, I restarted my PS4 and re-entered GTA 5 online to find that my customized car, export garage, and $[redacted],[redacted] were missing. Instead, I found $1,[redacted],[redacted], the amount I had before the job. I would appreciate if I could have my export garage, customized car back, and if possible, the $[redacted],[redacted] I had earned. I do not want the $1,[redacted],[redacted]. Two days ago, I successfully completed a casino heist and earned around 600k. However, after logging off, the next day I noticed the money was missing from my account. Yesterday, 4/26/20, I did another casino heist making a million. After completing it, the game froze on the loading screen for an unusually long time. I had to restart the app and found that my account was back to its original balance, with no sign of the money from the heists. I feel frustrated as it seems I did the heists for nothing. I would like to either be compensated or have the missing money restored in GTA 5. Your help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I have been playing GTA recently and noticed that I am losing money that I have been earning over the last few days. I was playing in a session, and suddenly got kicked out. When I reloaded the game, I found that I had lost money. Last night, I delivered 2 cars in the game with a friend, but after getting disconnected, I lost the 200k earned from selling them. When I checked the banking on the phone, I saw that it had taken the 40k cost to modify them. This isn't the first time this has happened; I believe I lost money the previous day too. Can you please investigate this issue? I enjoy playing online and have invested in items in the game, but losing money makes it pointless to continue. If I don't get back the lost money, there is no incentive for me to keep playing. This may have occurred more times than I am aware of.
