Dear Rockstar, I am writing to report an issue with my GTA V account. During a normal session, I, a level [redacted] player, was unfairly attacked by two players over level [redacted]. After gaining an advantage, they tricked me into joining an Xbox party and falsely reported me for hacking, resulting in me being placed in a 'bad sport lobby'. I have been a loyal player for over 3 years and have never hacked or exploited the game. I am disappointed by being monitored and unfairly punished. I suggest implementing a system to penalize those who falsely report players. My experience with Rockstar today has been unsatisfactory, prompting me to reach out. I hope to receive a response soon.

I'm new to this game, and my first car was an armored Kuruma. It was the first car in my garage. I ordered another free car on my phone, but it replaced my Kuruma without warning. I had level 2 or 3 engine and brake upgrades, custom red Matte paint, red LED lights, and no photos of it. Now, I can't get it back without repurchasing it, and I can't grind for money at my level. My Rockstar account is _Koroshimasu_. I bought the Kuruma on sale for 533k. Please assist me when possible. Thank you, _Koroshimasu_.

My friend and I were playing GTA Online, and being new to the game, he helped me earn money and RP by assisting me in selling high-end cars, completing Headhunter missions for double money and RP, and casino missions for the first-time bonus. I was thrilled to see my level increase from 49 to 54 and my money grow from $[redacted],[redacted] to $1.6 million. However, the next day when I logged in, I was back to level 49 with $[redacted],[redacted], despite having reached level 50. I am confused and would like to recover my progress. I have been struggling to find a contact number for assistance in the UK, and the one I did find disconnects after 30 seconds. Any help would be appreciated.

I recently purchased GTA 5 for PS4 and received $1,[redacted],[redacted] in online money. After playing missions and heists, my total increased to $2,[redacted],[redacted]. I won a car at the casino but the next day my funds dropped to $[redacted],[redacted]. The purchase history shows a spending of $1,[redacted],[redacted] on vehicles and services that I did not authorize. I am seeking assistance to recover my lost money. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I need some guidance regarding claiming my Twitch Prime rewards. I have successfully set up both my Social Club and Twitch Prime accounts and linked them to my PS4 system and each other. My email has been verified, and everything appears to be in order. I have spent a significant amount of time playing online, so I assume I have completed the tutorial, although I'm not entirely sure. I have a penthouse and nightclub, and I thought owning those meant I had completed the tutorial. The rewards are ready to claim, but I am unsure if there are additional steps I need to take. On the Rockstar Games website, the game list checkmark is yellow instead of green, even though I have set everything up correctly. If there is something I have missed or need to do, I would appreciate any advice.

Hello, My in-game name is Bonaparte87 on GTA 5. I am reaching out regarding the recent ban on my account due to a violation of the Terms of Service. I understand the reason behind the ban, although I feel frustrated and somewhat unjustly treated. I have had this account for a long time primarily for professional reasons, and though I haven't played as much as I would like, recent promotions in the game prompted me to play more diligently this week. Unfortunately, I encountered issues such as losing money in deliveries due to cheaters disrupting the session for their amusement. This led to my decision to stay in a session where a mod was dropping money, not to gain a large sum but to recover losses and invest in businesses. I acknowledge my mistake in staying in the modded session, driven by frustration from unfair gameplay. I realize that my actions were wrong, though the severity of the punishment—being banned for 30 days along with potential loss of progress—is distressing. I humbly request a reconsideration of my account status as the consequences seem overly harsh. I value my gameplay experience and friendships within the game and sincerely regret my actions. Thank you for your understanding and potential forgiveness. Regards, Bonaparte87

Hello, my name is Kyle Willcox, and my Gamertag is Hypercurve94. I play on Xbox One. On the morning of 01.03.[redacted], between 9:05 and 9:30, while playing GTA V online, my girlfriend's four-year-old nephew accidentally sold my Deluxo car that I had purchased with shark cards. Despite my efforts to prevent it, the car was sold before I could stop it. I am hoping that Rockstar can assist in returning the car to my garage by undoing the transaction and refunding the money I received for the sale. I had invested about £27 in shark cards to acquire that car, and I am unable to afford additional cards at the moment. Thank you, Kyle Willcox

I tried to log in and discovered that my account email address was changed without my permission. The email I received stated that the email address for my account Der_saui was updated from [redacted] to [redacted] It mentioned that if I authorized this change, no action was needed; otherwise, I could recover my account or contact Rockstar Customer Support. I need assistance in reverting back to my original account details. Thank you.

I have some ideas for GTA 6 that I'd love to share: 1. Set the game in Vice City. 2. Bring back Carl Johnson as a character. 3. Start the game like GTA 5. 4. Have three playable characters. 5. Include all cities from past GTAs like London and North Yankton. 6. Offer three different endings. 7. Let players be a protective cat in a mission. 8. Create a GTA Online for GTA 6. 9. Add a mission to finally defeat Catalina. 10. Have an ending similar to "Death Wish" with multiple choices. 11. Make Jimmy Hopkins playable. 12. Include Lamar Davis as a character. 13. Integrate some peyote plants. 14. Consider an ending where you deal with Jimmy Hopkins' enemy from Bully. 15. Explore an ending where you confront the man who harmed Roman's girlfriend. Lastly, aim to make the GTA 6 loading screen surpass the one in GTA V.

Include Jimmy Hopkins as a playable character. 12. Have Lamar Davis as a playable character too. 13. Add some peyote plants for fun. 14. Think about an ending where you deal with Jimmy Hopkins' bully. 15. Also, an ending where you handle Roman's girlfriend's shooter. Lastly, aim for a GTA 6 loading screen that surpasses the one in GTA 5.

I recently bought GTA V Premium Online Edition with the Criminal Enterprise Pack on Steam. It was supposed to come with properties, cars, and $1 million. I received everything, but the $1 million disappeared after a day without me spending it. I checked my transactions in the Maze Bank, but there was no record of the million. I only spent around $100k-$200k, so I'm concerned about the missing money. I would appreciate it if I could get the $1 million back that I paid for.

First of all, they haven't fixed anything. They have been working on it for a week. Today when I woke up, they told me, "Here you go, have fun and play," but it's still broken. I never said it had been fixed. I told them I would share if they were able to fix it, but they haven't. I am very angry and frustrated. When I have calmed down and given them a piece of my mind, I will share the whole story and copy and paste it here for you all, okay?

I own an Xbox [redacted] console and recently purchased Grand Theft Auto 5 in Karol Bagh, India. After hearing great reviews from friends, I found the game intriguing. Due to limited storage on my console, I used a pen drive for additional storage when I originally played the game. However, after a hiatus from playing due to attending boarding school, I have misplaced the pen drive with the game installed. Now, as I try to resume playing, the game prompts me to use the same pen drive which I have unfortunately lost. I am excited to continue playing this fantastic game and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you for your attention and I look forward to your response.

Hello, I hope you're doing well. Recently, I purchased Grand Theft Auto 5 (V) and encountered an issue with not receiving the promotional items promised with the deal on Steam. While seeking assistance in-game, I came across a player who offered to help me earn money. I accepted, assuming it would be done legitimately through missions or heists. Unfortunately, I was unaware that this player was engaging in modding/hacking/cheating, resulting in my character receiving illegitimate funds. The following day, upon logging into GTA V, I was surprised to find out that I had been permanently banned from the online portion of the game. This ban came as a shock as I had only recently purchased the game and I had no intention of breaking any rules.

A few days ago, I created an account for GTA 5 on PC and activated it with a code. I was able to play the game without any issues. Recently, I tried to log back into my account but couldn't access it. I attempted to reset my password via email but didn't receive any reset emails. I suspect my account may have been hacked as I am unable to access it anymore. Consequently, I uninstalled GTA 5 from my PC. Now, I want to play the game again and have reinstalled it. I created a second account with the same email address as the first one. However, I can't use the activation code for the second account, as it was already used for the first one. I would like to regain access to my first account with the activation code to enjoy playing GTA 5 again. I would appreciate any help.

I would appreciate it if the in-game characters like Lester, Agent 14, and others didn't contact players so frequently, especially during intense moments like firefights. It can be distracting and inconvenient to be interrupted constantly. Also, it would be great if certain overpowered vehicles like the Oppressor were balanced or removed from the game to provide a fair playing field for everyone. The current situation where players have to deal with constant interruptions and unbalanced gameplay can be frustrating and take away from the overall gaming experience. It would be beneficial for the developers to consider these aspects for a more enjoyable gameplay environment.

On March 24th, I received an email from Rockstar Games Social Club informing me of an account being created. The same day, I got another email linking a PSN ID "BUBBLEBOYttv" and twitch account "juniorhybr1dxx" to the Social Club account. I do not have a PSN ID, a PlayStation, or a Twitch account, and I never made a Social Club account as I don't play Rockstar games. When I try to contact support by clicking the link provided, it asks me to log in immediately. Requesting a password reset doesn't work as I never receive the confirmation email despite multiple attempts. Today, on April 8th, I received another email from Rockstar promoting a game. Trying to unsubscribe just leads me back to the log-in page with no resolution. I find it very unsettling that someone used my email to create accounts without my knowledge or consent. I have followed the support suggestions, but they all require logging in, which I can't do. I would like the account unlinked from my email promptly.

Every time I attempt to load into GTA 5 online, I encounter two recurring issues. The first is a message stating that GTA 5 online services are currently unavailable, and I should try again later. Despite trying again later, the problem persists. The second prompt indicates that the necessary files to play GTA online could not be downloaded from the Rockstar Games service. Even after returning to Grand Theft Auto 5 and attempting to reconnect, the same obstacles continue to appear.

I used to have the Cargobob and the P-[redacted] Lazer jet on GTA on Xbox [redacted]. Recently, while playing the game more on my Xbox One, I noticed that all my items are still there except for these two. I've been grinding a lot and wanted to use my jet with my friends for fun, but it wasn't available. Now, I have to go to the military base every time I need one, which is frustrating and time-consuming. I'm returning to work soon and don't want to spend all my time driving around in the game.

I had the Cargobob and the P-[redacted] Lazer jet in my GTA account. Recently, the jet went on offer in the shop, and I decided to use it. However, when I tried to access it, both the jet and the Cargobob were missing. All my other vehicles like the Rhino tank and Luxor are present, but these two are gone. It's frustrating as now I have to keep going to the military base to get a jet every time I want to have fun with my friends.
