If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

well i know im going to figure out how to unregister frome this web site that spam me email all day about stuff that not right, Gheeeesus, pls kick me out of this group or whatever you are or get your facts right ... First of all they havent fixed ****, they been on it for a week and today when i woke yp they told me here you go have fun play and its still broken, i never shared with you guys that its been fixed god damit, i told you if they wheree able to fix it i would share it, but they havent and im so pisssed off im about to go nuclera mad here, so when i have calmed down and told them a peace of my mind i will share the whole story and copy and paste the whole story for you guys ok?

i will send you the whole story when im done talking to them, its been a totaly mess, but i have a tiny tiny tiny hope that it might get fied, it depend on if they have my charakter saved or not,and if they can return it to me with comensasion for the lost of playtime during the last few days of exttra loot exp e.t.c and everything else i can make up to get comesated for.if they cant fix it i have sent them my bank account numbrer and that wont be cheao cuz i been verry loose with my money in this game. thank you have a nice day
