I previously had an online account on GTA 5 a few years back, but my PS3 stopped working. I recently purchased a new one. However, I am now unable to access my account as the email address linked to it no longer exists. Is it possible to transfer my account to a new email address? The old email was [redacted], and the account name was follow-threw. I still have access to my Rockstar Social Club account under the email [redacted] Can my online gaming account be transferred to the same email linked to my Social Club ([redacted])? I'm reaching out about my online account on the PS4. I've owned this game for years but it was deleted previously. Upon reinstalling it, Rockstar added $[redacted],[redacted] to my account, which I appreciated. However, this was the only money in my account despite having more before I deleted the game. The loading screen mentioned receiving $1,[redacted],[redacted] by Feb. 5 and another $1,[redacted],[redacted] after Feb. 6. I haven't received either yet, unlike my brother-in-law. I'm puzzled about what happened to the millions I had before and why the additional money promised in the game hasn't been credited to my account. My gamer tag is mkb423 on the PS4.

I would like to have my Grotti Furia and Everyon vehicles returned to my garage. I acquired them through the casino wheel spin and invested over $[redacted],[redacted] in each. I am frustrated with the difficulty of the game and demand that my possessions be restored promptly.

I have Twitch Prime and have been excited about the offers. I was looking forward to the free penthouse offer for GTA, but I never received it. I'm also paying for the arcade offer and didn't receive that either. I hope to get these issues resolved as I have been actively participating in all the offers and promotions. Thank you.

Hello, I need assistance in locating the car I won at the casino podium on February 6th. After customizing it with a new color, I tried to insure it, but it seems to be already insured with a tracker. Despite this, I couldn't find the car icon on the map when looking for it yesterday. Today, on February 8th, I returned to the casino, and the podium landed on the car I won. Unfortunately, I received $20k but no car. My gamer tag is ktmmatty. I have checked the police impounds with no luck. Please, could you assist me in finding my missing car? Thank you.

Hello, I need to report an issue that occurred while playing GTA V online with a friend (we both live in Beirut). Every time we try to do a heist or job together, one of us gets kicked out. Interestingly, when we play the same mission individually with random players, we don't face this problem. We have noticed this issue not only with each other but also when playing with others in our region. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be highly appreciated. I have been playing GTA V for four years, and there is a significant issue with my daily selling limit at Los Santos Customs. I am eagerly anticipating the next DLC and am attempting to sell my cars to save up for it. It is disheartening that one of my favorite games is not working properly. Today when I logged in, I discovered that my accounts for Steam, email, and Rockstar Social Club were compromised. I was able to recover all my information and update my passwords. However, I am unable to regain access to my Social Club account as it has an authenticator enabled. Even though I changed the password, I cannot log in to authenticate without disabling the authenticator. Could you please assist me in disabling it so I can re-enable it?

I have been a Twitch Prime member for some time now and always enjoy the offers provided. However, recently I encountered an issue where I did not receive the free penthouse and arcade that were promoted as part of the GTA offer. I was disappointed and a bit frustrated by this, especially since I have been actively participating in the Twitch Prime benefits. I recall seeing a video where another user received compensation for a similar issue, and I was hoping to also receive some form of reimbursement for the inconvenience. I'm experiencing issues with GTA Online. I haven't received money from recent missions, can't send or accept invites, and I'm unable to start any missions due to an error message stating I haven't completed the online tutorial. This is frustrating after investing hours into the game. A friend faced a similar situation and had to reset their online character, which is unacceptable. I don't want to lose all progress, including business warehouses, properties, and vehicles. I hope to have the money refunded into a new account if this problem can't be fixed.

During my gaming session with two players in GTA, I encountered two individuals who seemed invincible. After leaving that session and rejoining with a different friend, I realized my oppressor, which is supposed to be my personal vehicle, was unavailable. I believe these issues were caused by cheaters or modders that I encountered earlier. This frustrating experience has made me consider quitting GTA altogether. I find it unfair that my gameplay is disrupted by such individuals. I have identified the players involved and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter and retrieving my oppressor. I took a break from playing about four months ago. I returned yesterday around 5 o'clock. When I attempted to log into Social Club, I received an error saying I used the wrong password or email. I then tried to reset my password, but it said my email had been changed and Rockstar notifications would be sent to a different one. Concerned I was hacked, I reverted it back to my email. After finally accessing Social Club, I realized I had been banned. I confirmed this after downloading the game. I am now seeking assistance to have my account unbanned.

I'm having trouble joining my friends' sessions or receiving invites on GTA Online. The game is prompting me to complete the online tutorial even though I'm at level 30. I've followed all the troubleshooting steps on the Rockstar website without success. This issue started a few days ago and hasn't resolved. Additionally, my in-game GPS is directing me to survival missions instead of other objectives. I've tried to reach out to Rockstar for support, but I couldn't find a way to do so without a social account or Twitter, neither of which I have. I also didn't receive the $1 million in-game rewards for playing throughout the week. I've noticed others facing similar problems on Reddit but haven't found a solution yet.

Dear Rockstar Games, I am facing a significant issue in GTA V ONLINE. Four cars from my arcade garage have disappeared, and I cannot locate them in the insurance or other garages. These are the fully modified cars that are missing: 1. Maxwell Asbo (Crème) 2. Karin Sultan Classic (Blue) 3. Grotti Furia (Red) 4. Lampadatti Komoda (Red) I invested nearly $6,[redacted],[redacted] in acquiring and customizing these vehicles. I am unsure how to retrieve them, and I am anxious that they might be lost forever. I play on a PlayStation 4 under the ID Gehaktbal_games, I am at level [redacted], part of the crew Efin Secsy Club (5EXY), and I am from The Netherlands. I hope you can identify what happened, and if not, perhaps provide compensation so I can repurchase the cars. I am passionate about this game and devoted to playing it, but losing these two dream cars has been disheartening. I lost two high-end cars in the Mobile Command Center shortly after starting to play the game. My latest purchase, a Stromberg, disappeared after I spent $50 on it and placed it in the Command Center. Despite my efforts, I haven't been able to retrieve it. I would appreciate a refund for the money that was taken or my purchased car restored. The first car I lost was a high-end sports car, and that incident occurred right after I acquired the Command Center.

I recently bought a nightclub in the game to increase my profits by producing items, but there appears to be a bug hindering that process, even after upgrading the staff. To troubleshoot, I purchased another nightclub, but the issue persisted. This has cost me roughly $2 million in purchases and potential GTA$ from unsold products. Hello Rockstar Games, I would like to know how I can get a permanent ban. I purchased a second copy of GTA5 because you removed my first one without valid reasoning. It seems that your selling strategy is for individuals to purchase the game, play for a year, and then possibly have it taken away unexpectedly, leading them to buy a new copy. This situation arose when a cheater in the game shared money and RP with me. Despite having earned the money legitimately on my previous account reaching level [redacted], it was me who got banned, not the cheater. Meanwhile, my friends, who downloaded cheats, remain unaffected. It seems unfair that I faced a permanent ban while others engaging in similar activities did not. Unfortunately, I am now unable to access my account due to the ban. Thank you, Rockstar Games.

However, I did not receive all the items I purchased with real money on my previous account, including my character and progress. I've always played the game fairly and would like my progress restored. Countless hours of legitimate gameplay seem to have been lost, and restarting would be a daunting task. Hello, I purchased the Stormberg car for £20 and the Oppressor Mk II for £35 using shark cards in GTA on my PS4. Unfortunately, both items have disappeared from my game. I am frustrated that I have spent a total of £55 on these items that are now missing. When I try to access the shop where I purchased them, it prompts me to buy them again. I have already reported this issue to PlayStation, and they are investigating. They will be in touch with Rockstar Games to provide evidence of my purchased shark cards for these items. I purchased a Great White Cash Card in GTA on 16/2/[redacted] due to a loading screen promotion promising 2.7x GTA$. The promo indicated "Buy any Cash Card and get [redacted]% bonus GTA$ cash reward." Despite providing evidence of my purchase and friends who also bought cards not receiving their bonuses, Rockstar support claims they can't verify the promotion on my account due to my gamer tag not displaying correctly. This has left us feeling scammed by Rockstar.
