The accuracy is terrible! As a level [redacted] player, it's frustrating to get killed right after spawning due to unrealistic headshots. If you want players to continue investing time and money in the game, make it fair. The focus on profit seems greedy. Rockstar and 2k have ruined the gaming experience for me. I doubt a response will be provided since it feels like they only care about money. My loyalty is lost.

I'm having trouble accessing my GTA Online account as I keep getting an error message saying "Alert Files required to play GTA Online could not be downloaded from the Rockstar Games service." I'd appreciate any assistance with this as Rockstar doesn't seem to offer customer support anymore. Apologies for the language. Thank you in advance and Happy New Year.

I was playing in an invite-only online session when there was a server shutdown. Suddenly my PS4 turned off while I was playing GTA5 online. When I reloaded the game, only one of my owned cars, my Tourismo, was in the garage, and all my other cars were missing. Upon checking Maze Bank West, I realized my garage wasn't there, and all the cars in it were gone. Additionally, I lost my bunker and Mobile Operations Center. I lost a significant amount of money due to these issues today.

About two days ago, when I logged in, I noticed that all my weapons ammo was gone. I had lost everything. When I tried to buy ammo, I saw that some of my cash was missing. When I logged in yesterday, I saw that more of my ammo was missing, and all my explosives like sticky bombs and gas bombs were gone too. This issue is impacting my gameplay significantly, as I'm missing both ammo and explosives as well as the cash spent to replace them. I would appreciate help in restoring all my weapons, ammo, and fixing this bug to avoid further losses.

I recently received a complimentary bounty hunter license in Red Dead Redemption 2 on PC through Twitch Prime. However, I am encountering a problem where I am not receiving any experience points for the bounty hunter role upon completing bounties. This is hindering my progress in the game and limiting access to certain in-game content. I have come across information suggesting that removing the license from my account and providing me with 15 gold bars would allow me to repurchase the license at a bounty board in-game, which has helped others resolve similar issues. I appreciate your attention to this matter.

Hello, I go by the name LITTLESHEPPARDS on Xbox. I would like to request a refund for the Weapons Expert purchase I made for Arena War. I already had one, and it was not clear that he only worked on normal cars in the Arena War workshop. I paid [redacted],[redacted] GTA money for this upgrade, thinking it would benefit my weaponized vehicles, so I am disappointed by the lack of clarity. Hello, I need assistance resolving an issue with Rockstar Games regarding my Twitch Prime x Rockstar Games Social Club linked account benefits. Despite confirming the accounts are linked successfully, my rebate for the Fort Zancudo Hangar [redacted] base price has not been received, even after 16 days. I did receive the Pixel Pete's Arcade Property rebate but not the one for the hangar. The rebate for the Lago Zancudo Bunker from the same Twitch Prime Loot Package was received promptly. I received an email today from Rockstar Games notifying me that my account ID and password were modified. Upon signing in, I noticed someone had logged in four hours earlier. Fortunately, I was able to access my account through my linked Xbox Live account and successfully set up two-factor authentication. However, my Social Club username now displays as XxGreenApexX instead of my original one. When I attempt to change it, I encounter a message stating that it can only be changed once per year.

My friend and I recently completed the Diamond Casino heist using the aggressive approach. After finishing the heist, my friend sold a bike but had to leave briefly. Upon returning, he discovered that he had lost all his money and the bike he sold was back in his possession. I'm uncertain why this occurred as I retained all my earnings. We are playing on PS4. My username is nic6933, and my friend's username, who experienced the issue, is AIMBOT_is_gone. He just wishes to recover the lost money. Ticket #[redacted]7: During an online session with only three players on the server, I was close to the cocaine factory in the desert scenario when the game abruptly closed without any warning. Upon reloading, I received 2 million cash and a message apologizing for the loss of my Deluxo. However, the Deluxo originally cost me 3.3 million, so the 2 million is not sufficient to recover it. The car was purchased using a shark card I bought previously. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue and restoring what I lost to ensure the game remains enjoyable without the risk of losing items unexpectedly. Thank you.

I haven't played for a while and want to start again, but I can't access my old account with the email and password I used. My game name is Echolo, and I don't want to lose my old items. When I try to play through Steam, it logs me into Rockstar Social Club with an email I didn't create. I've tried my two emails, but the passwords don't work. My in-game name is Echolo, and any linked usernames like EchoLove or EchoLovesYou would be acceptable. I need to update the email on my account and set a new password to be able to play GTA V on Rockstar Social Club.

Hello, I have tried to contact you in the past without using my native language. I am writing to request the unban of my GTA V online account. I never received an explanation as to why I was banned and later banned for life. Let me describe my story: - I pre-ordered GTA V, which granted me access to an add-on providing 1 million in GTA Online. - I played in single player, then switched to multiplayer where I indeed had 1 million. - After a few days, when I tried to connect, I was informed of a 1-month ban. I played in single player during this time. - Months later, I tried online again, completed missions, and logged out. Upon returning, I found out I was banned. - This cycle repeated 3 or 4 times until I eventually discovered I was banned for life. Enraged, I uninstalled the game and never played again. Now: - My PC was not powerful enough to fully enjoy GTA V, so I mostly played single player and occasionally races online. The craziest thing I did online was shooting rockets as a coop missions passenger. - I suspect someone reported me, but I believe I didn't deserve it. I have never insulted anyone, been racist, or even used the in-game chat. - My biggest doubt is if I was banned for using mods in single player for fun. Could this be the reason? Do mods affect online gameplay? - I now have a more powerful PC and want to enjoy GTA V single player and online with good graphics and a great connection. Please reply to me. I think I have been unjustly banned or due to some misunderstanding or the fault of other players not reporting correctly. My nickname was ReKris or ReKris23, and my Steam ID is Rekris13. I recently loaded GTA to play GTA Online but was greeted with the initial Display Calibration screen rather than the option to play online. As a result, all my progress in both online and story mode appears to have been reset. I no longer have access to the Maze Bank West Office, Del Piero Heights Apartment 7, the cheapest warehouse with 11 crates, approximately $10,[redacted] in bank funds, the basic MC Club, the cheapest Document Forgery business, assorted firearms, the Elegy RH8, Mini Cooper, Clique car, and my Prison Break Heist progress at the Finale. Any assistance resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I recently reported that my account was stolen. After the investigation, I discovered that the account I purchased was originally stolen by the seller from a third party. Unaware of this, I returned the account to the rightful owner and acquired a new one on Steam. However, all my game records, particularly the Grand Theft Auto V online status, were on the third party's account. I kindly request to transfer the gaming record from the previous account, with the Rockstar Games Social Club ID hiccups64-1 and email address [redacted], to my new account with the ID hiccups64-3 and email address [redacted] Thank you for your assistance.

I linked my Twitch Prime account to my Rockstar account, and by doing so, I was supposed to receive the Pixel Pete's - Paleto Bay Arcade for free. However, I had already purchased it and found it inconvenient due to its location, so I later bought the Videogeddon - La Mesa Arcade. When I returned to GTA Online, I was unable to access my La Mesa Arcade and discovered that it had been replaced by the Paleto Bay Arcade. Despite receiving $[redacted],[redacted] from Rockstar for the Twitch Prime connection, I did not receive a refund for the $1,[redacted],[redacted] I had spent on the La Mesa Arcade. I tried to check my transaction history on the in-game Maze Bank Foreclosures website, but it didn't go back far enough for me to retrieve a screenshot for proof.

I'd like the option to remove the offhand holster in RDR2 as I prefer not to dual wield. The honor and law systems seem flawed. For instance, when I antagonize and cause trouble in Saint Denis, there are no consequences even with witnesses, but defending myself in a robbery situation quickly leads to the law intervening. In Valentine, watching a fight led to me being wrongly blamed when I tried to report it. Even during the Micah prison mission, my actions negatively impacted my honor. It would be great to have more outfit customization options and improvements to these game mechanics.

I used to spend a lot of time and money playing GTA online, purchasing cars and other items for around $[redacted]-$[redacted] two weeks ago. I had a yacht, Adder, PROGEN T20, Zentorno, Turismo, and a customized Karin Sultan with anime stickers, as well as an Insurgent. I also had around $6,[redacted],[redacted] from completing heists. Recently, I noticed that all my vehicles and belongings in the game have disappeared, even though I had contacted support previously about the issue with the Adder disappearing. I am really hoping to have my items restored as soon as possible.

Last night, my friend and I completed numerous setups for the diamond casino heist. Today, during our second attempt, we encountered an issue where the game took a long time to load. We decided to restart by closing the app. Upon returning, I discovered that two cars I purchased earlier were missing, assuming it was a bug. Upon arriving at the arcade, we realized all the setups we completed the previous night were missing from the game, despite having them earlier. I lost two customized vehicles, a Bravado Gauntlet worth about $[redacted],[redacted] and a Bravado Bison worth about $2,[redacted]. I also lost some money. I hope to have the setups restored and receive compensation for the missing vehicles and upgrades.

Two days ago, I made significant upgrades to my business including clothes and a car with enhancements. While shopping for expensive outfits like a cool Tron-inspired one costing 200k, I also purchased a security upgrade for my meth business after a random raid at my bunker. However, upon returning to the game later, I discovered that only the security upgrade and the clothes I had bought did not save. This issue resulted in a loss of around 600k-700k worth of items. I would greatly appreciate a refund or some form of compensation for the lost items. Thank you.
