While enjoying GTA5 ONLINE on my Xbox [redacted], I observed a concerning issue. Suddenly, my rank drastically dropped from [redacted] to 1. Moreover, I encountered difficulties accessing two of my three houses and garages in the game. Although one garage was accessible upon initial login, re-entry after exiting the vehicle became impossible. My finances are unaffected; however, the housing problems persist. This unfortunate incident occurred while in a lobby with an online modder after an extended gaming session. I am encountering an issue when trying to launch GTA V through Steam or the Rockstar Launcher. It keeps saying my email account has not been verified, but the email they are showing as unverified is one I have never created. When I try to create an account with that email, it says it's already taken, but I can't log in or find any information about it. I haven't forgotten my password or anything. The problem is that it asks me to switch to this unknown account that doesn't exist, hindering me from playing GTA. I have attempted to use my account on a friend's computer and their account on mine, but the issue persists. I've tried changing emails, passwords, linking/unlinking accounts, but considering buying the game again is not a viable option for me due to the cost. It seems the only solution is for Rockstar to address and resolve this launcher issue. I appreciate any assistance as this has been happening for the past three months since the new launcher release. Hello GetHuman Support Team, I need assistance with my GTA V accounts on PS3. My first account, with the Gamertag "BottomBoyDee" and email "[redacted]," encountered an issue after a confrontation with a Modder/Hacker. I now receive the error message "Timed out locating session. Please return to Grand Theft Auto V and try again later." Following this, I created a new account "BodyBagger225" with the email "[redacted]", which is facing the same problem after a similar encounter. I have attempted troubleshooting by clearing the cache and ensuring my internet connection is stable, but the issue persists. I believe my accounts may have been disabled by the modders. Hello Rockstar Support Team, I logged into GTA Online today and discovered that my arcade has reverted to the default look. Additionally, I lost all the arcade machines I purchased, including four games, and the garage upgrade with all the cars inside. The personal quarters are also gone, and to my dismay, the Diamond Casino Heist has been reset to the introduction. Fortunately, my $4 million in the bank is safe, but I am frustrated by the loss of hours of progress, cars, arcade machines, and upgrades. My Xbox Gamertag is Shibiski. I purchased a new Overflod Tyrant last night and used it for the first heist in GTA 5 online today. After completing the heist, I realized it has disappeared from slot number two in my garage. I have restarted my Xbox and tried logging off, but it still hasn't reappeared. My gamer tag for Xbox One is ShanksAndLuffy, and my character's name is Akira, currently at level 51. I was looking forward to using my new vehicle, and now it's missing. Any assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I need help with my account as someone changed the associated email. I face a recurring issue on GTA V Online with extreme stuttering problems for the past 5 days. Despite initially resolving it by adjusting settings, the issue resurfaces daily even with the same settings. I have tried rectifying it multiple times, but now I seem to be out of solutions. I am using a high-end PC, and I don't suspect it's my NAT type since I was able to temporarily fix the problem in the past days. This problem greatly impacts my gaming experience. Hello, This morning, my two friends and I completed the casino heist using the aggressive approach. After finishing everything, we headed to the buyer, but when we arrived, the game crashed. Strangely, the crash only affected my gameplay, not that of my friends. Upon restarting the game and going back online, I realized I didn't receive the money for the heist, although my friends did see a screen displaying the total earnings and individual cuts, including my name and my share. Is there a way for me to retrieve my heist payout? Thank you.

Wir haben erfolgreich das Finale des ersten Raubüberfalls abgeschlossen und ich habe einen Anteil von 20% erhalten, was [redacted].[redacted] betrug. Leider wurde ich nach dem Abschluss auf einen Blackscreen geleitet, mit der Meldung, dass die Rockstar-Spielservices nicht verfügbar seien. Dadurch wurde ich in den Story-Modus zurückversetzt. Als ich dann erneut versucht habe, in den GTA Online-Modus zurückzukehren, hing sich mein Bildschirm auf, weshalb ich meine Xbox One neu gestartet habe. Nachdem ich wieder im GTA Online-Modus war, hatte ich das Geld nicht erhalten, was mich frustriert hat, da ich mir wirklich Mühe gegeben hatte.

When I tried to go from story mode to GTA V online, my character was missing. I've played on Xbox [redacted], Xbox One, and now PC with only one character, which suddenly disappeared. Despite checking various sources, including the Rockstar Social Club, it seems my account was reset to level 1 without my knowledge. Upon discovering an email from April about a potential account hack, I connected the dots and realized my account had been compromised. Unfortunately, account resets cannot be undone, leaving me unable to enjoy new content with my friends. I am seeking assistance to restore my character or at least bring it up to level 50, as I've invested significant time and money in the game, buying it multiple times and purchasing in-game items. I hope for a resolution to this frustrating situation.

While playing Grand Theft Auto 5, I decided to purchase a new outfit from Binco. However, when browsing the suits, the game unexpectedly switched to bodysuits and bought the Blue Robot Bodysuit, depleting most of my funds. Last Thursday, I collected all 54 cards in GTA to receive the free Collector's Bag in Red Dead. Upon receiving a notification in GTA about a special reward waiting in RD, I logged in online. An hour later in RD, I discovered a notice informing me about the free Collector's Bag with Madam Nazar as the point of contact, indicated by a yellow marker on the map. Despite hearing her pitch, I was only presented with the option to purchase the bag for 15 gold bars, which I refrained from. I currently do not see any option for a free bag or any redemption in my benefits. Additionally, I was promised 10 gold bars and other items which also did not materialize. I submitted a ticket (#[redacted]9) last Thursday afternoon but have not yet received a response, and as of Sunday at 6 pm PST, I have not seen any changes in the game.

I am having trouble verifying my email, which is preventing me from playing Red Dead Redemption 2 on my PC. If this issue is not resolved, I may request a refund. I received an email stating my issue was resolved, but it has not been fixed. The problem is that I was promised an extra 2.5 million dollars if I purchased either of the two most expensive shark cards. I bought the second most expensive one, but I did not receive the additional cash. I would appreciate it if I could get the money, as it was quite a significant amount I spent on that shark card.

Hello, I've reached out to Rockstar Support numerous times regarding my problem with Twitch Prime, but I have not received a satisfactory response. After claiming my Twitch Prime loot, I've been patiently waiting for over a week to receive it. I eventually purchased it, expecting a full refund within 48 hours as promised by Rockstar Games. However, it has been over a week now, and I'm still waiting. I contacted them two days ago and have yet to hear back from them. I am requesting an explanation as well as a full refund for both games. Yesterday, on 29/12/[redacted], I finished the criminal mastermind challenge, but I did not receive my bonus award. My friend who was part of the heist crew did get it. I never died during any setup or finale. I am hoping my account can be corrected to reflect the correct amount owed to me. My nightclub hasn't been generating any cargo or shipments for the past two months despite having both CEO crates and a hangar business. Additionally, on December 29, I purchased [redacted] sniper ammo during combat but did not receive the ammo after logging in the next day. I noticed that money was deducted from my account without receiving the purchased items. I would appreciate a refund for the missing ammo and assistance with resolving the nightclub's cargo and shipment issue. Thank you.

I try to keep all the cash I earn in GTA V safe by depositing it in the bank to prevent theft. However, even the cash from Shark Cards gets stolen. I recently got muted because someone reported me for participating in various challenges during a session, which seems unfair. Many players constantly cheat with modded accounts, glitches, and God mode. Despite my efforts to report and block them, they don't face consequences. Furthermore, unsupervised children exhibit racist, swearing, and threatening behavior. Due to these issues, I find myself muted and have had millions stolen from me over the past few months.
