I recently purchased a social club account from a website, following their instructions to change the details to prevent repossession. However, a few months later, the account was hacked, and when attempting to contact Rockstar customer service to regain access, I faced obstacles. Even after explaining my situation with an alternate account, the support team closed the case, stating they couldn't verify my ownership. Despite multiple attempts to confirm my identity via email, the process was unproductive as I no longer had access to the hacked account, making it impossible to comply with their requests. Each time I tried to reach out, the issue was marked as closed, leaving me stranded with a hacked account and unhelpful customer service interactions.

In August, my account was hacked by someone who targeted my GTA Online account due to jealousy over my cars and money. Finally, after six months, I have regained access to my account. However, during the time the hacker had control, they sold all my cars and houses and spent all my money on purchasing 50 motorcycles of the same kind. I would appreciate any assistance in recovering my lost vehicles, money, and properties, as well as removing the excess motorcycles from my account.

I have been unable to access GTA V's online mode for the past 6-8 months on my PS4. Despite attempting fixes like reinstalling the game and clearing the cache, the issue persists. Accessing the Social Club website is also problematic as it fails to load, rendering the app on my phone useless. While the story mode functions properly, logging into my Online character remains a challenge.

I am experiencing an issue with playing GTA 5 online on my PS4. When connected to my WiFi, it shows an error stating the required files for online play could not be downloaded. However, when using my mobile data, the game works fine. Additionally, I am unable to access RDR2 online and load into my Social Club account. I have been experiencing an error message for several months, indicating that I cannot access the Rockstar servers for GTA V activation despite having a good internet connection. I have encountered several issues with the Red Dead Online game. Firstly, after delivering goods, my son received payment, but I did not. Secondly, I was charged $2.00 four times for setting up camp, however, the camp was never actually set up. This problem occurs regularly for me. Thirdly, despite making successful supply runs, my son received experience points and completion, but I had to repeat the tasks three times and still did not receive the supplies. Additionally, I paid $4.00 to heal Cripps, which did not work, leading me to restart the application. I am facing ongoing challenges with setting up my camp and my persistent posse. I am requesting a refund for the camp charges and the $[redacted].00 payment for the delivery we made but for which I did not receive payment.

I enabled 2-step authentication a while ago, but it has never worked for me. Despite months of searching the internet and trying various solutions, I have been unsuccessful in getting it to function. Now I am stuck because I cannot disable 2-step authentication without logging in, which requires the 2-step process. Since I can't log in to create a support ticket on the social club, I'm at a standstill. I could really use some assistance with this issue.

Hello, I have noticed that my Black Bomber Jacket in GTA V Online is missing from my wardrobe. I cannot recall when I purchased it, but I have used it several times in the past. In December [redacted], after a period of not using it, I discovered that it was no longer available in my inventory, and I now have to repurchase it from the store. This situation is not only frustrating, but it also makes me wonder if any of my other items have disappeared as well. I prefer to be contacted via email regarding this matter. I purchased Red Dead Redemption 2 on Steam, but upon pressing play, it redirects me to the Rockstar Launcher claiming I do not own the game. The only available option is to launch it via Steam, which then displays an error message stating that the game is already running. After reaching out to Sony Network due to my hacked PSN account, they assisted in resetting my password. However, upon logging back into GTA Online, I discovered that my character "Riancash" and all in-game progress had been deleted by the hacker(s). I uninstalled GTA 5 from my PS4 but recently reinstalled it to play the Diamond Casino heist. Hello, I am experiencing an issue with the Diamond Casino heist. I have completed the prep work and obtained the final board. I intended to go in using the gruppe Sechs entry disguise, which I prepped for and noticed a mark indicating its readiness. Unfortunately, I find myself unable to select the gruppe Sechs entry disguise. I mistakenly also completed the Buck Starts prep work. Consequently, I am now only able to choose the Buck Starts option. I would appreciate any assistance regarding this matter.

A few years ago, I created a Rockstar Social Club account on my Xbox [redacted] using a random email and password. Recently, I purchased the GTA V Premium Online Edition. I set up a Rockstar account for GTA V two days ago. I have finished the story prologue and the online tutorial. I have spent over 10 hours online. However, when I attempt to claim the Pixel Pete's Arcade Twitch Prime offer, I am prompted to link my Twitch Prime with my Social Club, which I have done. Then, I need to input my account details for the gaming platform, but PC is not listed as an option - only PS4, Xbox One, and Stadia are available. I play on PC and am concerned that I won't be able to claim the Twitch Prime rewards in time. I really want to take advantage of these rewards since I have a Twitch Prime subscription for this purpose.

I have Twitch Prime and Amazon Prime to access the arcade in the top section of the map. I signed into both on the first available day but I'm still waiting to receive it. While my friends are enjoying the casino update, I check GTA daily for the free offer on the Warstock Cash and Carry website, but it hasn't shown up. I have received a casino penthouse through Twitch Prime/Amazon Prime before, so I believe there might be an issue with my account.

After finishing the heist setup in the first act of the Doomsday heist series with the Deluxo, I checked the cost of the car on my phone. I saw the trade price and the regular price, then we started the heist. While in the lobby, I realized I had lost money amounting to the cost of a Deluxo. After completing the heist, I wanted to try out the car but couldn't find it. Others have experienced this issue; the solution is usually to check the mobile operations center or facility, but since I don't own either, I couldn't locate the car. I've searched everywhere in-game and even contacted all relevant NPCs, but it's still missing. Hoping this problem can be fixed, especially considering the high price of the car in-game. Accidentally purchasing the car is not an issue for me, but I really want to have it in my possession.
