I connected my Twitch Prime to my Rockstar Social Club account expecting to receive the Paleto Bays arcade for free, but I did not get it. Instead, I was given $[redacted],[redacted] that was intended for the Paleto Bay clubhouse, which is not what I wanted and not even close to the arcade's value. I have sent over 6 emails to them, but I have not received any replies. I just want to receive what was promised to me like everyone else.

I've been using my PlayStation recently and noticed that I haven't played GTA in two weeks. When I tried to play online, I encountered issues connecting with my WiFi. Strangely, it works fine when I use my phone as a hotspot. The problem persists even when I attempt to access Social Club from my phone. I've tried everything, including reinstalling the game, but the issue with my WiFi still persists. Any suggestions on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

I’m frustrated because my arcade games reset, and the vehicles I purchased, like the Deluxo, Grotti Furia, Lampadati Komoda, and the Ubermacht Rebla GTS are missing. I've already set up the arcade once and can't do it again. Can you please fix this issue? My PS4 account is SHANKYE10. Thank you.

I recently acquired a Vapid Slamvan and arranged for it to be delivered to Benny's Garage. Upon arrival, I drove in with my friend, who was with me, and proceeded to purchase the $500k upgrade. After the upgrade, the vehicle's appearance changed, and the payment was deducted from my account. However, I encountered a screen displaying the vehicle and the upgrade cost in the top left corner, and I was unable to exit the garage or the purchase menu. My friend experienced a black screen during this time. I paused the game and attempted to switch to a new session. Upon reentering the game, the Slamvan had reverted to its original state, but the money for the upgrade was still deducted from my account.

My Xbox One game name is "The4YearOldN00b." I encountered two issues recently while playing. Firstly, I spun the wheel at the Diamond Casino to win either the Truffade Nero or Truffade Thrax, and although I won the car, it wasn't added to my garage. Secondly, I purchased the shadow silver color for my Lampadati Komoda, but it wasn't saved to my car despite charging me GTA money for the customization.

I am reaching out as I was informed to contact customer support if I did not receive my Twitch Prime moonshine reward today. This marks the third time I have contacted support regarding the missing free moonshine upgrade and collectors bag. During my first contact, I was informed that my linkage could not be located and was advised to re-establish it, which I did and provided proof. Unfortunately, I still have not received the rewards. On the second occasion, I was advised to reach out again if the items were still missing today.

Yesterday, I won the new vehicle called the "Ardent" from the Diamond Casino's wheel spin. After spending a lot of money to fully customize it, I realized I needed to renovate my mobile operations center to get a vehicle workshop for customizing the car's livery. I mistakenly purchased the wrong upgrade, causing the car to disappear. Now, I can't locate it. I would like to have the car back and receive some form of monetary compensation for the inconvenience.

I am experiencing issues accessing the individual pieces of the preorder bonus outfits in my wardrobe. Though I have the full outfits, I cannot separate them to mix and match. My partner, who has the same version, doesn't have this problem. Changing a component of the preset outfit prevents me from saving it separately. I've attached a video displaying the outfits and the limitation. The desired solution is to access each outfit's components individually to mix with other items and save them as custom outfits.

While playing GTA V online, after completing a mission, I noticed that instead of the usual reward of around 30k, I ended up with an unexpected increase of nearly 27 million dollars in my bank account. I am unsure of where this large sum came from and suspect it might be a mistake or a glitch. Initially, I had about 575k in my account, so this significant amount is concerning me. I am unsure how to handle this situation and I don't want to risk facing any consequences for this unexpected windfall.

I spent the entire week upgrading my arcade. I maxed it out by purchasing all machines and upgrades and completed all setups. However, when I logged in the other day to start the heist, I was shocked to see that my arcade had been completely reset. It was as if I had just bought it, with no upgrades or machines. It cost me around 6 million in GTA cash, and I cannot afford to repurchase everything. It would be greatly appreciated if you could either fix this issue or refund the GTA cash so that I can rebuild my arcade. Your assistance in this matter would be immensely helpful.

Back in [redacted], I faced a permanent ban on my Steam account in GTA 5 after multiple violations related to asking modders for money. In [redacted], I repurchased the game, unaware that the ban would still be in place. I mistakenly used the same Rockstar ID without realizing it wouldn't be considered a new copy. I bought the game from G2A and have the receipts to prove it. I really want to play the game online and I understand that I made a mistake five years ago. Is there any solution to this issue?

I am experiencing issues with my bounty hunter progression. There are no bounties showing up regularly on the bounty board. Even when I attempt a Legendary bounty, I am not receiving any rewards (such as experience, money, or gold). I have attempted completing six bounties in a row to no avail. I have restarted my game multiple times, but the issue persists. I would appreciate it being resolved and would also like to be reimbursed for the missions where I did not receive payment. I can successfully accept and complete regular and legendary bounty missions, but the rewards are not being granted.

Hello, my username is nutt7474. I'm looking to sell my mobile operation center on GTA V because I mistakenly cannot modify the oppressor mk2 with it. I've been struggling to earn money through missions and don't actually need the mobile operation center; I require the terabyte for my vehicle upgrades. About 10 months ago, I replaced my device and forgot to save the 2-step verification code for Social Club on the new one. I've been attempting to retrieve it for about 5 months now without success. It's frustrating as I can't post or download maps on GTA Online. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. P.S. After obtaining all 54 cards in GTA Online while signed in to my Social Club account, the collector's bag has yet to appear in my Red Dead Redemption 2 online account, which also uses the same Social Club account. Despite waiting over 24 hours as suggested in online forums, the free collector's bag still hasn't been added to my account after two days. Additionally, I previously acquired the double-action revolver in GTA Online under the impression that I would receive it for free in Red Dead Redemption 2 story mode, but it did not transfer over even after linking my Social Club account. It seems there may be an issue with my account properly transferring GTA rewards to RDR2. I am seeking assistance with resolving this matter.

I am experiencing difficulties playing online in GTA. An error message has been appearing stating that the saved data for character 1 has been corrupted. When I select "retry," it keeps showing the same error. However, if I choose to 'overwrite,' I encounter another error mentioning a Rockstar cloud save issue while trying to delete the character. This problem is preventing me from accessing the online mode, which is the main reason I purchased the game just a day ago. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue so I can enjoy playing online as intended.

Unfortunately, after leaving it parked near the casino for a few days, I logged back in to find that the car was missing from my garage. I have searched all over but couldn't locate it. While I was away, my brother accidentally purchased a facility with my funds. I had intended to use the money for other investments. As a result, I am now unable to purchase other types of buildings like nightclubs or arcades. User ZX-RIP-Your_KD- insulted me and my friend. My friend mentioned that I am disabled and use a wheelchair. Unfortunately, my friend is genuinely disabled in real life, and due to this person, he had a stroke from the stress. The other individual laughed and insulted him. We are at the hospital waiting for him to improve. I want this person's account to be suspended - simply heartless.

I just bought a PS4 and GTA 5. I've been playing GTA 5 on my PS3 for years and I'm disappointed that I can't transfer my character over. I don't understand why this isn't an option. I've put in so many hours into the game, and I really don't want to start from scratch. I hope Rockstar can look into this and allow me to transfer my character to PS4 so I can continue playing without losing all my progress.
