I encountered an issue while trying to sell my document forgery product at Elysian Island, resulting in the loss of all the money. Today, on 3/12/19, there is double money being offered on MC businesses. I will be uploading a video on YouTube regarding this incident on my channel -"Stefanakkas Mix Channel." It would be appreciated if the lost money could be restored to my account. My PS nickname is Stefanakkas, and I also request a fix for the glitch to prevent others from facing similar problems.

Dear Rockstar Support, I am experiencing numerous issues in Red Dead Online which seem to stem from faults in Rockstar's game services. Despite my love for this game, it's becoming increasingly difficult to enjoy due to frequent disconnections caused by these service faults. Recently, I lost $[redacted] in-game when I was abruptly disconnected, preventing me from completing a trading delivery with my friends as planned. This ongoing problem has affected both of my friends as well, who have also encountered unresolved issues despite seeking help from Rockstar Support. It's disheartening to see many players facing similar challenges, leading some, including myself and my friends, to avoid playing at times due to the unstable servers. We've invested real money in the game, only to encounter issues beyond our control related to your services. Furthermore, our gameplay experience has been marred by encountering cheaters speaking in an Asian language, making communication difficult on servers that seem geographically distant. These technical and support shortcomings have deterred some of my friends from even trying the game due to consistent crashes and lack of assistance from Rockstar Support. I urge you to prioritize resolving these issues promptly, as players deserve better treatment after investing in your game. These are not isolated incidents but indicative of systemic problems within Rockstar's game services that need attention. If necessary, I can provide my friends' details to facilitate their resolution process, as they too have encountered unaddressed issues despite seeking assistance. Thank you for your attention to these matters. Sincerely, [Redacted]

I recently bought an Xbox Live Gold card to play GTA V on Xbox [redacted]. However, when I try to go online, it keeps asking me to download updates even though I already did. I just want to enjoy the online gameplay I paid for with the card. It's frustrating to keep encountering this issue. I prefer playing online than staying in story mode. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have been repeatedly harassed in-game by several players, primarily by Blood_Dice1260 and GHOSTMOB-[redacted] who both used a flying bike, and they even brought in their friend, 1-[redacted]-MAFIA-TIEZ, to join them. I was left defenseless against their attacks as they exploited game mechanics and did not face consequences. This kind of behavior turns me off from playing the game. Could someone address this issue?

Hello, I purchased Red Dead Redemption 2 a few days ago. I have encountered issues running it on my computer. I would like to cancel my order, request a refund, and remove Red Dead Redemption 2 from my computer. I intend to purchase a PlayStation and get the game in hardcopy format. I kindly request the cancellation and refund for the PC version. Thank you.

While playing with my friends, I encountered a player who was cheating and granting me RP and money. This caused severe lag that made it impossible for me to close the game. I was terrified my account would be banned. After about 5 hours, I logged back in to find a message stating I've been permanently banned from GTA Online. This ban prevents me from playing with my friends. I kindly request an investigation to lift the ban so I can reconnect with them. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I would like to change my Social Club Nickname, but I am encountering two issues that I am hoping you can assist me with. Firstly, there is a player already registered as "Molate," which has always been my preferred gaming alias. However, I am uncertain if I created this account and forgot the login information or if someone else created it, possibly to taunt me. Could you please release the name "Molate" for me to use, as it has been my primary gaming handle for all online games I play? Secondly, I changed my Social Club Nickname within the past year and am now unable to do so again. I am requesting your help to override this restriction so that I may change my Nickname to "Molate" from "Diminisher." Alternatively, if you can forcibly change my Nickname to "Molate," that would be greatly appreciated. All the accounts linked to this profile are under the name "Molate." Thank you, Matt

I was recently put into bad sport on GTA online, and my timer was supposed to decrease from 4 months to 2 months. However, last week it still showed 2 months and 0 days. When I checked today, the timer hasn't changed. I don't mind being in bad sport, but I expected to be out by now. Unfortunately, I lost all my beer hats, masks, and money. I had £[redacted] million, but now it only shows 300k. I kindly request to have my money, masks, and beer hats restored. Thank you.

Yesterday I visited the casino, got my welcome bonus, bet [redacted] chips on a horse, and won [redacted] chips. Today, upon logging in, I noticed I only have 7 chips left. This has been a frequent issue lately, and I believe I'm losing out on potential earnings. I'm concerned that if the game is removing my chips, it might also be affecting my actual money. Moving forward, I plan to monitor this situation more closely.

Hello! I am a GTA V player on Xbox One. I am seeking a refund of $[redacted],[redacted]. I intended to customize the Banshee at Benny’s, but due to an internet connection issue, I lost the money before the customization. When I restarted the game, I saw that the $[redacted],[redacted] was missing but the Banshee had not been customized. I would appreciate it if I could receive a refund of $[redacted],[redacted]. Thank you and have a great day!

A couple of "friends" of mine discovered a glitch and used it on my account without my consent. Despite my requests for them to stop, they continued exploiting it, resulting in them accumulating millions. This glitch involves selling a free car like the Elegy for 900k each, allowing them to purchase expensive properties and vehicles. The individuals primarily responsible are greatninjabro, with assistance from Awfulxdavid and Killskingkong. I inadvertently spent some of the money from this glitch and now feel guilty. I do not want to risk being banned by association with their unauthorized activities. If you examine their accounts, you will see a sudden and substantial increase in their in-game wealth and assets.

I recently switched from Xbox [redacted] to Xbox One S and my Xbox Live gamertag is now Dvn27, previously it was Silver Dxt. On the Xbox [redacted], I played GTA Online and reached over level [redacted] with many achievements. However, when I tried playing GTA 5 on my new Xbox One, it forced me to create a new character and I lost all my progress, including items, cash, and cars. My friends who also switched consoles still have their accounts intact. I need assistance in recovering my lost account with countless hours of gameplay, achievements, and valuable items.

Today, I bought Red Dead Redemption on sale through Steam. However, I'm encountering difficulty logging into the Rockstar Game Launcher due to an error message that reads "we could not create a sign in token." Despite watching tutorials, contacting support, researching issues, and verifying my account details multiple times, I'm still unable to access the game. I hope to resolve this soon as I've invested a substantial amount in this purchase. Thank you for your assistance.

I have been experiencing worsening gameplay after trying various patches to resolve the stuttering issues. Despite attempting multiple fixes, including editing files and reverting to an older NVIDIA driver, the problem persists. My attempts to contact Rockstar Games via email have not yielded any response. I am seeking clarification on whether they are aware of the ongoing issue and if they are actively working on a comprehensive solution.

I have a Rockstar Social Club account connected to my Steam account. I can see on both platforms that I own Red Dead Redemption 2 and Grand Theft Auto V, which were purchased through Steam. However, when I try to launch a game, the Rockstar Games Launcher opens but nothing happens. It prompts me to buy the games again, and when I manually search for them, they cannot be found. It seems like there is an issue with the Rockstar Games Launcher not syncing or linking properly with the Rockstar Social Club or Steam, which are both connected to my account.

I contacted Rockstar support regarding my hacked account where the hacker deleted my character and replaced it. Initially, they denied any suspicious activity and suggested I deleted it myself. After two weeks of back-and-forth, during which I refrained from logging in, hoping to recover my original character, they persisted in denying any wrongdoing. I've since discovered the hacker has been using my account all along, yet the support team dismissed the issue as a joke and failed to take appropriate action.

I encountered an issue with the Rockstar Game Launcher after my connection to the external SSD, where Red Dead Redemption 2 is installed, was lost. Despite reconnecting the SSD and restarting the game launcher, it still prompted me to install the game. I managed to start RDR2 directly from the external SSD by running the .exe file, and the game launched without any problems. However, when I checked the game launcher, it still indicated that the game needed to be installed. I tried various methods like searching for supported games and even removing my profile and logging back in, but the launcher still doesn't recognize the game as installed. It would be helpful if the launcher had an option to detect games that are launched from external sources so that they can be played seamlessly.

Last week, my brother and I bought RDR2 together for our Xbox using the game-sharing feature. We opted for the Ultimate Edition, but only my brother received the additional content while I'm more interested in the online features for RDR2. His gamertag is Threetoedbeaver, and mine is TeaRezZin, linked to the email address provided. I would appreciate any assistance in getting access to the Ultimate Edition content that I paid for.

I'm experiencing an issue with a user in chats who is being extremely rude and inappropriate. He threatened me and my family by claiming association with dangerous individuals, which has left me feeling concerned for our safety. The user's gamertag is Hope by XXX. He also made inappropriate comments towards my daughter. I believe that this individual should be restricted from playing or contacting others due to his unacceptable behavior.

Lately, I haven't been active on my account but recently started playing RDR2. I faced an issue when trying to sign in as it kept saying incorrect username or password. Despite attempting to reset my password, I did not receive an email. To troubleshoot, I had a friend confirm that my account, under the nickname "ryukijano," was still active. When I attempted to create a new account with the same email, I encountered an error with the email option. Upon checking my email, I discovered a Rockstar Games email in Chinese with no reply, indicating that my account had been accessed and the email address changed. I possess a list of my games and CD keys as proof if necessary.
