On October 16, [redacted], I was banned from GTA. I'm seeking assistance from Rockstar Games to regain access to my account as I have invested significant time in it. I acknowledge accepting money from several cheaters in the game and I regret this action. During my last game session, a hacker caused chaos by altering players' weapons and triggering explosions. I believe my account should not be banned unjustly, and I request the restoration of my character's progress.

Hello, Good afternoon, I recently had to replace my old phone that stopped working. On my new phone, I am unable to access the 2-Step Verification Google Authentication app. I have read the instructions on your website about what to do if I do not have access to the device used for setting up the 2-Step Verification. However, in my case, I still have my old device but it is no longer functional. Could you please guide me on the process to set up the 2-Step Verification on my new phone again? I tried submitting a ticket online, but it directed me to log into the Social Club. Although I can access the Social Club with my PS account, I am unable to disable the 2-Step Authentication. Kindly let me know the necessary steps or provide a contact number for assistance.

I think he has come back again. When will he be placed in a separate server for griefers only or be permanently banned? Many of us Red Dead Online players would like servers dedicated to griefers and others who disrupt gameplay. This way, we can enjoy our roles as collectors, traders, and bounty hunters without constantly watching our backs. It would be ideal to have a space where we can focus on hunting, fishing, or simply going about our tasks without interruptions.

I submitted the following on my ticket: Hello, I won this vehicle in the Casino Wheel. Despite it being destroyed multiple times, I managed to retrieve it each time. However, after the last destruction, Mors Mutual Insurance has not been responsive to my requests for assistance. I cannot locate the car anymore. Please advise on any possible ways to recover it as it holds significant value, especially with all the upgrades I invested in. The response I received stated that they resolved an issue leading to the loss of the Deveste Eight vehicle in GTA Online. They have reimbursed impacted players with GTA$ in their Maze Bank accounts to cover the vehicle's cost and additional compensation for the inconvenience caused. Despite submitting two more tickets, I received the same response each time. However, no GTA$ has been credited to my account, and my car remains missing. It has been a week, and I am unable to reach anyone for a satisfactory resolution. Thank you.

Hello! I have been a fan of GTA since Vice City when I was 12 years old. I was thrilled to finally play as a female character online, but disappointed that the next GTA release only features male characters. In the previous game, a female character could run strip clubs and earn passive income in story mode. It's clear that women could be just as successful running businesses in the game. As a woman with real-life experiences, including a felony, I feel overlooked by the lack of representation. Women make up fifty percent of the video game market, and it's disheartening to feel excluded. I'm not asking for unrealistic portrayals, but I urge the company to acknowledge female players and move away from perpetuating a male-dominated environment. Women deserve recognition in gaming. It's time to break away from the "boys club" mentality. If adding diversity is a challenge, I am a writer willing to help incorporate more inclusive storytelling. Thank you.

I have been trying to access my Rockstar Games Social Club account for over 2 months. I am facing issues with the 2-step verification due to getting a new phone and not being able to input the password. I am trying to purchase Red Dead 2 and link my Twitch Prime account but cannot access my Social Club account to do so. Hello, my Xbox gamertag is oWNu Ho1d3n, and I have been playing GTA online for quite some time. Recently, I encountered an issue during a sell mission for my weed farm. The truck I was driving flipped over at the delivery destination twice, causing me to lose money. The first incident happened on October 16, [redacted], and the second occurred on October 17, [redacted], which was particularly frustrating as it was during double money for all MC businesses. There has been a persistent issue with Rockstar where a bug in the game prevents my cocaine lockup from registering supply completions for the past 2 years. Despite resupply attempts, the supplies do not go into my lockup. This bug has been a problem for a long time, as I've seen similar complaints on Reddit dating back 2 years. It's frustrating to have spent 1 million on the most expensive lockup but not be able to generate any income from it due to this unresolved bug. I am encountering frequent issues while trying to connect to Red Dead Online due to problems with Rockstar Games services. I have purchased multiple megalodon shark cards, but I have yet to receive the in-game currency for any of them. It's incredibly frustrating as Rockstar seems to be failing to deliver what I paid for. This issue has occurred multiple times this year, causing disappointment for my 6-year-old daughter and me. When I buy the cards, I do receive other purchased content like the criminal enterprise starter pack, but the actual currency from the megalodon shark cards never comes through. I keep getting an error message saying my funds are exceeded, even though I've never had a large sum of money online. While I have received cash rewards through special promotions, the money from the shark cards remains elusive. This has left us with limited in-game currency, making our GTA5 online experience slow and difficult. We've resorted to playing story mode for entertainment as the online gameplay puts us at a disadvantage.

I am experiencing several frustrating issues with the game that are impacting my gameplay and enjoyment. It is disappointing to encounter problems like losing items, disconnecting, disappearing outfits, and missing opportunities to loot. These issues are detracting from what is otherwise a great game. I hope that the online experience can be improved to match the quality of the single-player mode. I am a new GTA Online player and recently purchased the game with a large money pack. On October 23rd, at night while playing, a hacker teleported in front of me and started performing various cheats, such as dropping items, changing colors, and dropping money on me. Despite receiving around 500k from the hacker, I did not use any of it due to concerns about my PC's performance. As of now, I have not received any emails or bans regarding this incident, but I wanted to report it to have the money removed. I estimate that I originally had around 80k before the hacker's interference. Thank you for your attention.

I recently noticed that my rank dropped from [redacted] to 74 on my PS4 account. I have had this account since [redacted] and never used cheats or glitches. While I still have the [redacted] million I earned legitimately, I can't understand why I lost [redacted] ranks. I worry about sharing my account with others in case they suspect me of rank cheating and take my money as well. I considered reporting this to Rockstar for investigation, but if they refuse to help, it would be devastating to lose both my ranks and money. Hopefully, they can resolve this issue. I joined a public lobby and heard multiple explosions, suspecting a hacker present. I promptly left as a precaution. While grinding money today and playing other modes, I realized all my weapons were out of ammo post a Deadline match - despite being fully loaded before and not using them during Deadline. I had to spend approximately $[redacted],[redacted] in GTA dollars to replenish my ammo to max, even though it was already full. It's frustrating how little control there is over hackers and their actions. Even if they get banned, the damage is already done. It feels unsafe to remain in lobbies to identify and report hackers due to such incidents. This happened at 1:30 AM MST on October 25th, [redacted]. A refund of the GTA money would greatly help ease my irritation. The lack of damage control and difficulty in reaching support is exasperating. I hope for a prompt response.

I need to update the email address associated with my social club account. Additionally, I am unable to recall my password and need assistance with resetting it. The challenge I face is that the password reset process requires sending an email to the current account email, which is no longer valid. This creates a dilemma as changing the email requires knowing the password, but resetting the password necessitates access to the outdated email address. In summary, I am seeking a solution to update both my email and password, given the obstacle posed by the incorrect email linked to my account.

I had my Oppressor MK2 stored in my Eclipse Towers penthouse garage, which I paid full price for. I also bought a motorcycle from Legendary Sports and was prompted to replace a vehicle in my garage to add the new one. However, it did not allow me to choose which vehicle to replace. When I agreed to replace, my Oppressor MK2 was removed without my consent. I did not sell it, and it vanished from my game. I request assistance in either getting compensation to purchase a new Oppressor while it's still on sale or having my original one restored. If there is no solution, please notify me. I am eagerly awaiting a response to fix this issue. My Xbox Live gamertag is Pothead6917.

I recently experienced a hack on my account, leading to the deletion of my online character. I have been in touch with Rockstar Support and provided them with screenshots of my emails in place of the transcripts Sony is unable to provide. Despite showing them the email change notifications and verification timestamps, they insist that these are not considered transcripts. Sony informed me that they are unable to send transcripts, leaving me feeling stuck. The hacker's actions have resulted in the loss of my character, and I'm at a loss for what to do next.

Last night, I was attempting to set up my and my son's Rockstar Games Social Club accounts. I fear I might have accidentally removed my son's Social Club account and urgently need to recover it. It was previously there, but after Rockstar prompted me to link accounts, it disappeared. Although he can still access it, he appears to be under a different user now. His Social Club ID should be Conlan639, which had all his information. However, it now wants me to link and verify Conboy639. After doing so, a disaster occurred. Can someone assist me, please? Additionally, I am unsure of my own Rockstar Games Social Club login details. My ID is Conlanbobby, because two years ago, my son's character transferred mistakenly to mine. Initially, I didn't mind, thinking I only lost $30 million worth of cars since Conlanbobby was my son's Xbox Live ID. Now, it seems Conlanbobby has become my Social Club ID, but I lack the necessary login information to access it. I only remember my gamertag and Social Club name. Can someone please offer assistance? My son's account was linked under the name "conboy639," which replaced his previous ID of "conlan639" and lost all his achievements. Could you please revert his account back to "conlan639" so he can showcase his accomplishments? As for me, my Social Club account was initially set up by my ex, and later my son transferred characters between platforms. Somehow, my Social Club ID changed to "conlanbobby," which was his Xbox Live name. I would like to recover my original Social Club account to post content and also ensure my son's ID is reverted to "conlan639" and remove the empty "conboy639" account. I recently faced an issue where my account got suspended after another player spammed me with money in GTA 5. I find it unfair to lose my progress due to someone else's actions.
