Five days ago, I contacted Rockstar regarding an issue with a car I won in the casino. I won the purple Ocelot Swinger and it was put in my full garage. When I tried to sell another car to make room, the game glitched and replaced the Swinger instead. Rockstar replied the same day, mentioning the car was replaced with another in the garage. I responded to their email but haven't heard back yet. It's frustrating that the car disappeared within 5 minutes due to a glitch. I'm still unsure where the replacement car went and what to do next since I rightfully won the Ocelot Swinger.

Hello, today I won the car (Principe Deveste Eight) at the casino on the lucky wheel. I was very excited, got the car from the mechanic, and then the problem started. There was a hacker in my lobby who somehow placed a cage around my character, and when I tried to get in the car, it exploded and I was thrown out of the world with the car. It said my personal vehicle got destroyed. I switched lobbies, called the insurance, but the car seems to be gone. I checked all garages, tried calling the insurance multiple times, but could never retrieve the car. I even destroyed another car as a test, but the casino car wasn't available for claim with the insurance. And of course, I would like to have it back ^^' So I am hoping for assistance. I purchased all three roles for 15 gold, except for the Bounty Hunter which I got free with Twitch Prime. Recently, I found out that you can also get the Collector role for free (or receive 15 gold back) by collecting all 54 playing cards in GTA Online. I completed this on October 10th. While I did receive the mask for logging into GTAO in RDR2, I have not yet received the 15 gold back as expected. I understand it can take up to 24 hours for delivery, but it has been three days now. I have restarted the game twice since the BETA launch and now have three active characters, hoping this would resolve the problems. However, I have encountered difficulties setting up a Camp without having to switch servers numerous times. When I finally succeed in doing so and start a long-distance delivery, I end up getting kicked out, losing all my products - a total of two times since the Jobs update. Furthermore, the frequent disconnections prevent me from completing Daily challenges and receiving the gold rewards. I estimate I have lost at least 50 gold bars and $[redacted] due to these server issues over the past year, but most likely the actual amount is significantly higher, possibly around $[redacted]. This situation is unacceptable, and I am seeking a resolution from your end.
