I would like to suggest the addition of a Dodge Dually or a cowboy-themed update in GTA5. It would be great to see more pickup trucks and trailers to transport cars added to the game. Maybe even include horses as part of the update. I have been eagerly waiting for a Dually or Cowboy Update for quite some time. It would be fantastic to be able to purchase a ranch property and customize vehicle tires and rims, such as sports rims with off-road tires. I am grateful for the amazing games you create; GTA is incredibly enjoyable. Please consider adding a cowboy update, and it would be wonderful to see more cowboy-themed clothing options as well. In GTA5 Online, I recently encountered a hacker causing me to lose over [redacted],[redacted] dollars of supplies by constantly teleporting and using god mode, which has happened three times today. It's frustrating dealing with hackers when trying to play by the rules. I find it tedious losing both money and time due to these disruptions. I wonder why there isn't an automatic ban system or any moderators present in the game to address these issues. It would be beneficial to have trusted players help temporarily ban hackers for review by the game administrators. Hacking actions like teleporting, god mode, and manipulating game events are noticeable and should be addressed more effectively. Despite the impressive details in the game, the online experience is marred by the abundance of hackers, lack of moderation, and frequent game crashes. These issues have a significant negative impact on the overall gameplay experience. Hopefully, improvements can be made to resolve these challenges. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello Rockstar team, While browsing Warstock, I accidentally purchased the Marshal monster truck when my finger slipped to the purchase button. I never intended to buy it, and now I feel like I've wasted [redacted],[redacted] GTA$. I don't have any use for the truck and would appreciate it if you could refund the money and remove the vehicle from my account. Thank you for your help, Sascha :)

I go by the username Kayla-Rey22 and I designed a feminine character. As a new player at rank 27, during the Repo mission Simeonomics on October 6, [redacted], I encountered a player named Yuseff from the crew IRAN who targeted me specifically. At LSIA airport, he repeatedly rammed his Tyrant into me while I was inside a plane, causing the game to fail. This behavior felt like a deliberate attack against me for being a female character. Yuseff's crew name, IRAN, seems inappropriate for a GTA character due to its political connotations. I found this experience frightening, unlike regular gameplay instances where being killed is expected. Yuseff swiftly left the lobby after the mission failed, indicating his intentions. I hope to receive feedback on this matter as it truly felt like a targeted act of hate.

My friend and I successfully completed a delivery of [redacted]/[redacted] goods using the trader role's largest wagon. We chose the long-distance delivery option and defended the goods. However, upon defeating all the NPCs, I did not receive the payment. My friend was sent to a loading screen, leaving me waiting. After ten minutes with no payout, I restarted the game. To my disappointment, upon reloading, I still had not been compensated, and my goods were back to 0/[redacted]. I truly love playing this game, but if this issue persists, I may have to uninstall it. I have invested a significant amount of time and money into it.

I have tried restarting the game multiple times, but the car is still missing. This is very disappointing as it cost me a lot of in-game money. I am experiencing issues with Red Dead Online. The problem I am encountering is when I sell my trader business, I am not receiving the money and xp for it. This has occurred twice now, resulting in a loss of over $[redacted] and 5000xp. The first instance happened during the sale when the game kicked me out of the session, causing all my product to disappear once I returned to my camp. The second time, after delivering the wagon of goods, I was stuck on a black loading screen for over 30 minutes before having to restart the game. Upon reloading, my product was gone again, and I did not receive the money or xp for it.

I am tired of being harassed while playing your game. I have invested a lot of time into it, only to have people say derogatory things. I have reported players in the past and more recently, but nothing seems to be done about it. I am sick and tired of this behavior. I play games to escape from difficult situations in my life, but lately, it's not helping because of people ruining the experience. It is frustrating to dedicate time to something only for someone to come along and spoil it. I would like a refund as I have reached my limit. People are cheating, as they don't die even after multiple shots, which ruins the game for others. The game has not addressed these issues; in fact, they seem to be occurring more frequently, causing more setbacks. I did not purchase your game to endure constant attacks and harassment.

While playing an online session, I attempted to export one of my top range vehicles but encountered a glitch. After waiting for it to load following some modifications to the car, I found myself outside my vehicle warehouse without the car. Upon returning, the top range vehicle was missing. This issue has resulted in the loss of a valuable car from my collection. I am requesting assistance to have some funds deposited into my account to compensate for this inconvenience. I've been attempting to access GTA Online on my PS4, but I keep encountering an error message stating, “Files required to play GTA Online could not be downloaded from the Rockstar Games Service.” This issue has persisted for weeks. I am puzzled because other online services for my PS4 games function correctly, except for GTAV. Surprisingly, connecting via my mobile hotspot allows me to access GTA Online without any problems. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

I have been attempting to log into my Grand Theft Auto V account for several months now. Each time I try, it directs me to the Social Club page where I input my credentials, but it keeps showing "incorrect password." I have tried the "forgot password" option, changed the password via my email, but the issue persists. I have only played 6 hours of the game and spent 10 hours trying to fix this problem. I tried the 7-day free trial of PlayStation Now on my PS4. As I was setting up the PS Rewards app, I needed a verification code for two-step verification. Since I couldn't receive texts on my phone, I got stuck and couldn't finish the signup process. After this, I found myself logged out of the PS Network on all my devices (PS4, tablet, phone, etc.). Despite contacting Sony and providing all the necessary information, I was told that there is no solution and that I should create a new account. I'm wondering if there's a way to transfer my GTA 5/Online information, characters, trophies, etc., to another account to avoid losing years of progress.

Me and three friends successfully completed the criminal mastermind challenge for the heist in GTA V. Surprisingly, only one friend received the full 10 million dollars, while the rest of us received significantly less with one getting only 200K. We all fulfilled the requirements and are disappointed with the glitch that deprived us of the proper reward. We kindly request that the two of us who did not receive the correct amount (my friends and me) have the 10 million dollars added to our accounts, reflecting our completion of the criminal mastermind challenge. As a 48-year-old dad, I began playing RDR2 with my 13-year-old son to bond with his interests. We have had a great time in story mode but are now facing challenges in Online mode. Spending 4 to 6 hours on weekends completing missions only to get kicked out of the server or experience glitches, like not receiving rewards after delivering supplies, has been frustrating. Last Sunday alone, I was disconnected from the game five times in three hours. It's disheartening to lose progress and not earn the deserved rewards. We are seeking advice on how to effectively report these issues, recover lost progress, and prevent such disruptions from happening in the future. Our goal is to enjoy the game and earn in-game rewards without the constant setbacks.

I purchased GTA V, but unfortunately, it's not functioning correctly. The website where I made the purchase claims that I have waived my right to a refund, which doesn't seem fair. I expected the game to work well considering my PC meets the requirements. I'm not looking to get my money back, but I just want the game to run smoothly. I want to explain clearly my situation. I used to play GTA5 on my PS4 then switched to an Xbox for Fortnite. Over time, I missed GTA5 and decided to get it for Xbox. When I got it, I had to restart with the criminal enterprise starter pack, which made me frustrated. I'm hoping for a way to transfer my PS4 account to Xbox or regain my rank, money, apartments, cars, and weapons. When launching GTA 5, the Social Club initialization process is slow. Eventually, an error message appears stating that verification is taking longer than usual and then fails, preventing me from playing the game. I want to confirm that I own a legitimate copy of the game, and up until now, it has been functioning well except for occasional crashes. My request is to play the game without the extended verification process that now results in failure. Furthermore, I hope to enjoy the game without experiencing seemingly random crashes. Thank you.

Every time I try to play GTA V, I end up in bad sport lobbies. Players can harm me without consequences, but when I defend myself, I am reported and labeled a cheater. It’s frustrating to be accused of cheating when I am just playing the game like everyone else. GTA V needs to address these issues, especially with younger players causing trouble. It's unfair to be penalized for gameplay that should be part of the experience.

In Red Dead Redemption 2's story mode, I am frustrated with the constant changes to the weapons I select. Please remove all unnecessary updates. I refuse to engage with the online version, regardless of how much it impacts the main story. I will delete the game if it continues to deviate from what I originally purchased. The glitches, like daily challenges resetting and money disappearing, make it feel like a rip-off. I believe it is misleading and want a refund for the game.

Hello, I attempted to pre-order Red Dead Redemption 2 using PayPal. After receiving an error on the first attempt instructing me to try again later, I successfully completed the order. However, 25 minutes later, I received another email stating that the initial order was also successful. I unintentionally paid for the game twice and would like a refund for one of the transactions.
