Dear R*, I submitted a ticket 2 days ago and haven't received a response yet. Last night, I used my criminal enterprise starter pack and received free vehicles from the website. I noticed my garage was full, so I decided to drive my Weaponized Tampa to my facility. However, I was unable to enter the facility with this vehicle, which seemed strange. I then went inside on foot, but upon leaving, my car had vanished. I contacted insurance but received no response. I searched all my properties but couldn't find it. Could you please investigate this issue? I'm worried about my missing Weaponized Tampa and would appreciate a prompt resolution. Thank you, L.

While enjoying GTA5 online on my Xbox [redacted], a modder has reset my level back to 1, rendering my account almost unusable. I am extremely frustrated by this unfortunate incident as I have invested a substantial amount of time reaching level [redacted]. The modder responsible has negatively impacted my gaming experience by undoing all my progress in an instant. I am seeking assistance to have my account XP restored to its previous level. I'm experiencing two significant issues. Firstly, my MK2 Opressor is missing from my garages and terabyte despite all my attempts to call it in or request it through my MC. Secondly, after winning the Thrax vehicle from the Diamond Casino, I noticed that the black stock rims have reverted to the default grey color that the vehicle has on the Legendary Motor Sports website. It's crucial for me to have access to my MK2 Opressor because it's the most efficient means for me to travel swiftly between Blaine County and Los Santos. Also, it's important to me that the Thrax retains its black stock rims to signify the car's rarity and to confirm that I won it at the casino.

I recently experienced significant financial losses in GTA Online. During a coke selling mission, my friend disconnected, leading to my game crashing and me losing 550k from the sale in a full lobby. Additionally, the supplies I bought for my businesses totaling 300k have not been delivered. I dedicate a considerable amount of time to earn money in the game, and these recent setbacks have been disheartening. My gamertag on Xbox One is lil bingus. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in recovering some of the lost funds. Your prompt response and clarification on the possibility of resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I wanted to discuss the behavior of the police in the Indian servers while watching GTA V live streams. The police responses seem lacking, and I think it would be interesting if a player from India could be introduced as a special police character in the game. It would be exciting to see a special character representing India in the game. After observing various Indian players in different gameplays, including streamers on YouTube, I've come up with several ideas that I believe could enhance the game experience, such as introducing a special Indian police character or even incorporating a mafia don storyline. While I was playing GTA, I purchased a car and stored it in my MOC, but my Oppressor Mark 2 disappeared. I'm unsure why this occurred, but the Oppressor cost me 3.8 million, which I purchased with my $60 allowance. Can you please refund this amount to my account? Additionally, I would appreciate insight into why this happened so I can prevent it in the future. Thank you for addressing this promptly. I was recently unsuspended and returned to GTA Online after a cheating incident. Upon rejoining, I encountered a modder who blew me up repeatedly and gifted me $8,[redacted],[redacted], frustrating me. I took a screenshot, intending to contact Rockstar about it after my internet crashed. Waking up to find a permanent ban without knowing why left me feeling annoyed. I had just returned after a suspension and vowed never to cheat again. I believe this ban is unjust, and I seek resolution. I am encountering difficulties with the mission where I am continuously being attacked by two choppers after respawning, causing me to lose money and rendering me unable to request air support or a vehicle. This issue is present in various missions, such as the warehouse job, where I must shoot down choppers and quickly traverse the entire map, which is nearly impossible without a specific vehicle. These challenges are frustrating, and I am considering returning the game. I have encountered situations where I am not rewarded at the end of a heist, leaving me and my teammates empty-handed. I have tried to reach out for support without success, and now I am contemplating sharing my negative experiences on social media if these issues are not addressed. I have seen others in the gaming community face similar problems. I play this game as a way to pass the time indoors, and these insurmountable obstacles are causing me distress to the point of self-harm. My account was recently banned on GTA V for 'modding,' but I have never used mods in the game. A few days after the ban, I found myself locked out of my social club account and unable to log in on my PC. I am frustrated because I need access to my social club to seek assistance. I am hoping to resolve this either by speaking to someone over the phone or by having Rockstar remove the ban and restore my character. Alternatively, if they do not reverse the decision, I would like to at least receive a refund for the money spent on shark cards, as that was also affected.

I have encountered an issue with my GTA V Crate warehouse. I gathered three rare items including a Gold mingun, Ornamental egg, and Large diamond. However, when I attempted to sell them, only the egg was sold, and I did not receive payment for it. The Gold mingun and Large diamond are still in my warehouse and I am unable to sell them. Additionally, my warehouse shows 13 crates when I only count 12 (excluding the two rare items). It seems that I have collected at least 18 more crates that were not accounted for. This discrepancy is preventing me from benefiting from the double money event. I am requesting a refund of $81,[redacted] for the 18 missing crates, payment for the rare items at the current double money rate, and a correction of my warehouse inventory so I can continue to collect items.

I have two characters on GTA Online. Players who have multiple characters are aware that properties and vehicles do not transfer between them. In the casino, I have won the vehicle twice before, and both times I received the vehicles. Only if the same character wins the car twice in the same week would it give RP. However, this week my second character won the car but only received RP, not the vehicle. I recorded a clip and submitted a ticket, but the representative keeps insisting that I own the car, which I do on my other character, not this one. I have explained that both characters have won the car before and both received it, with RP only being rewarded if the car was won by that character that week. Characters do not share properties and vehicles. I just want to receive my car.

A while back, while playing GTA 5, I was using my MOC with the original Oppressor, not the Mark II, when my vehicle got destroyed. I tried contacting Mors Mutual Insurance but had no luck. Despite watching numerous YouTube videos and doing Google searches on how to retrieve my Oppressor, I eventually gave up and haven't used it since. Recently, on Sunday, 1st September [redacted], I logged into GTA 5 online and received a message about unlocking the Sessanta Nove monogram and multicolor for several vehicles, including the Oppressor. However, I still can't access my Oppressor. If anyone knows how to help me retrieve my Oppressor, I would greatly appreciate it. I just want to get my Oppressor back. Thank you.

I was unjustly banned from GTA Online by Rockstar Games. When I reached out to Rockstar Support to explain the situation, I was met with unhelpful responses. It felt like I was talking to a bot as they continuously stated they couldn't assist with the ban. I suspect the ban occurred when a modder dropped money bags while I was away from the keyboard, leaving me unable to avoid it. This triggered Rockstar's anti-cheat system, leading to my unfair ban. I emphasized to the support representative, Mr. Sawyer J, that I have never used mods, third-party software, or exploited glitches. Despite my requests, they couldn't provide clear evidence for the ban or consider reverting my account to its state before the incident. The lack of investigation into the matter is frustrating, especially considering I purchased the game to enjoy playing it. I am at a loss for what to do next in this situation.

I am experiencing an issue with my placement in the bad sport lobby for over a month. As the crew leader in the game, I have responsibilities and play regularly with friends. During one gameplay session where we were defending ourselves against attackers, the situation escalated when opponents started using their vehicles to target us. In self-defense, I retaliated causing some damage. Despite this, I was the one penalized and placed in the bad sport lobby. This punishment is unfair, especially since I have been a dedicated player for many years. I am disappointed that I cannot join my friends in the game and would like this matter resolved as I believe I did nothing wrong.

I recently owned a yacht and was exploring options to potentially get a refund on it. To my surprise, when I clicked on one of the options, it was purchased without any verification process. I ended up losing approximately $1.2 million due to this error. If you require evidence, you can review my MC location, where I had all my properties situated near the Rt. 68 Facility for The Doomsday Heist. Unfortunately, now I find myself unable to afford the unintended purchase, as I unintentionally bought a duplicate of something I already had and received a less expensive version as a replacement, ultimately ending up with just one undesired yacht.

I've noticed that my Christmas masks are missing from my account. I still have all the Halloween masks I purchased, but for some reason, the Christmas ones have disappeared. I recently played a mission and saw the Christmas masks when changing them, but they vanished once the mission ended. I was excited, thinking they were back, only to find out they weren't. The masks included Santa, snowman, reindeer, and two gingerbread masks - one happy and the other angry. If there's a way to retrieve them permanently, I'd appreciate it. If not, I understand and will wait until next Christmas. I play GTA Online on Xbox One with the gamertag lemonsspicy.

I haven’t played GTA much lately, but decided to check out the new casino feature after a year. I spun the wheel and won a cool white race car. On my way to customize it, another player on a motorcycle with missile launchers blew me up. Now my car is missing. I was looking forward to customizing it and never got the chance to drive it properly. Can someone assist me in finding my car since it was destroyed unfairly? Any help would be appreciated.
