In GTA Online, my previous Xbox Live account (TYRONE[redacted]67) was banned for reasons unrelated to GTA. It was at level [redacted] after much dedication. My new active account, WWWWWWWWWWTDWWW, is now at level [redacted]. I find it unjust that the RP earned on my old account has been lost. I am not requesting a character transfer but hope to have the RP from my old account merged into the new one to reach level [redacted]. I spent significant time playing, and I seek assistance in adding the RP from my old level [redacted] account (3,[redacted],[redacted] RP) to my new level [redacted] account (3,[redacted],[redacted] RP), totaling 7,[redacted],[redacted] RP. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing two issues that I need help with. In GTA Online, I purchased the Deluxo a few weeks ago and had it for about a week or two before it disappeared from my garages. My mother had a similar issue with her Deluxo, but she found it in one of her garages. I have checked my garages multiple times, but I have not been able to locate it. Additionally, I bought a Megalodon Shark Card when the loading screen advertised a [redacted]% bonus, stating I would receive 12 million in-game currency. I paid $99 for this, and coupled with the disappearance of my Deluxo, I am now concerned about losing my bonus as well. I kindly request that this issue be resolved promptly as I am a dedicated fan of Rockstar Games, and I hope for understanding, cooperation, and a resolution. My son enjoys playing GTA V and Farming Simulator 17 on our PS4 when he stays with me. However, he has been facing harassment from someone using the gaming tag Crazy317deer. This individual has been threatening my son not only in the game but also on his phone, making disturbing remarks and claims about being a hacker. The individual's behavior is unacceptable, and I urge for appropriate actions to be taken as this is cyberbullying. I hope for a resolution as everyone in my household plays these games and should feel safe online.

I purchased a $49.99 Shark Card for GTA 5, but I didn't receive the in-game money. Microsoft charged me $54.61 for it. I would like a refund or for the Shark Card to be added to my Xbox One game. I've noticed many others experiencing the same problem with Shark Cards and missing money. This needs to be fixed as I am considering reporting this issue. It is frustrating and makes no sense at all.

I mistakenly replaced my Pegassi Oppressor Mk II when my garage was full and now I can't locate it. I thought it would be sent to storage but it seems to have disappeared. I have searched all my properties and even contacted Mors Mutual, but the vehicle is nowhere to be found. I kindly request Rockstar's assistance in recovering my Oppressor Mk II or providing information about its whereabouts. Thank you.

Hello Rockstar team, I was playing GTA Online in a public session yesterday when several players suddenly left, leaving just one other player and me. This player started transferring money directly into my bank account without my initial realization. After a few seconds, I noticed that he had deposited millions into my account. As a result, my account has been suspended, and my character is at risk of being reset. My in-game ID is ToxicFricker6969. I believe I am facing a ban due to another player's actions. Please assist me with resolving this issue.

Hello, I enjoy playing Red Dead Redemption 2 online. I have not received my gold bars for completing the 2-factor authentication. Today, I tried signing up for the Twitch Prime bonus to resolve the issue. However, I noticed that all the information on my Rockstar Account is accurate, except for one critical detail that seems to have been changed automatically. The linked gaming account is incorrect. It is associated with my PSN account that does not have an online subscription. The correct linked account should be "DrJackPenguin," not "MarcArcand." Thank you.

Dear Rockstar Games, I am reaching out regarding my unfair placement in a bad sports lobby on Grand Theft Auto V on June 30, [redacted]. I fully support the game guidelines to ensure a positive experience for all players. However, I believe I was wrongfully placed in the bad sports lobby. I had not engaged in any inappropriate behavior or misconduct towards other players in the lobby. Despite this, I was suddenly removed from the lobby without proper notification of any wrongdoing. Shortly after, I found myself in a bad sports lobby on the PS4 edition without being informed of the reason behind this decision. I understand that players are usually warned about their behavior before being labeled as bad sports, which was not the case for me. I value a fair and enjoyable gaming environment, which is why I am requesting to be removed from the bad sports lobby and placed back with other clean players. My PlayStation account is eliteshotztg1, and I served 16 days in the bad sports lobby without justification. I kindly ask you to consider my appeal and address this matter promptly. My PS4 console was stolen on 11/25/[redacted], and I reported it to the Long Beach Police Department. I can provide the report number if needed. I had over $86,[redacted],[redacted] in GTA$ funds that I've accumulated and saved over time. After realizing the theft, I contacted Sony to freeze my account. I have a message saved from someone I don't recognize engaging in conversations on my account. I wish to have my funds restored. You can verify my game activity, specifically the numerous times I completed the Pacific Standard Heist with my crew. Our crew, King Of Pimps Rogues (K.O.P.R), has been active since 6/9/[redacted] with approximately [redacted] members. It's frustrating that my GTA$ funds have disappeared, and I'm hopeful for a prompt resolution. Thank you for your help in advance.

I recently received a one-time reward of $2,[redacted] for my good behavior in the game. Shortly after, I found myself under attack by a group of players from a motorcycle club, and I defended myself by destroying some of their vehicles. Despite previously being acknowledged as a good sport, I now have suddenly been labeled as a bad sport and placed in a "dunce cap" lobby for over 15 in-game days. As a 51-year-old father who plays to unwind from working two jobs, I feel unfairly punished compared to other players who cheat or have modded accounts. I have invested a significant amount of money in shark cards and even purchased the ultimate edition of RDR2. I am kindly requesting to be removed from the bad sport lobby as it is discouraging to continue playing under these circumstances. I enjoy GTA Online and would like to continue playing without feeling penalized for defending myself. I have come across information suggesting that some players can maliciously send others to the bad sport lobbies, which concerns me about the fairness of the system. Hello, I'm a GTA 5 online PC player known as MF_Ironboy. I recently made a regrettable mistake and seek assistance. I unintentionally replaced my newly purchased Scramjet with a Sultan in my full garage, assuming the Scramjet would transfer to another empty spot in my other garages. Unfortunately, the Scramjet disappeared entirely. I'm upset because I unknowingly swapped a $12,[redacted] vehicle for a $2,[redacted],[redacted] one. As an honest player who dedicates many hours to earn in-game money, I'm distressed by this error. I would appreciate any help to recover my Scramjet or any other assistance offered. Hello, I recently received a bad sport ban while playing online with my friend. We encountered a suspicious player at level [redacted] during our session. Despite being targeted and attacked by this player, when I fought back and defeated them, I was surprisingly issued a 3-day bad sport ban, which was unexpected as I've never had any previous issues. My friend also faced the same ban even though we have clean records as players. I'm requesting assistance in potentially overturning this ban as it has placed me in a bad sport session where I don't belong due to the altercation with the level [redacted] player. While playing GTA Online with my friend, we encountered two players with modded accounts who instigated a conflict. Despite our attempts to defend ourselves, one player used a Lag Switch and Wallhacks during the altercation. Following multiple engagements where I had to destroy their Oppressor MKII, I was unfairly placed in a Bad Sport lobby for 16 days. Subsequently, my friend was mysteriously disconnected from our party and session via PSN. Shortly after, I noticed a complete freeze in the game, with all players immobilized on the map before I was kicked out. The problematic player then proceeded to offline boot my and my friend's routers using a DDOS attack, rendering our internet inaccessible for approximately 10 minutes. While I recognize the heated exchange, the other player's use of cheats and deliberate disruption warrant repercussions. Despite reporting the incident on social club, the offending player did not have an account. His PSN ID is "BootMePzsy."

I attempted to transfer my GTA 5 Online account from PS4 to Xbox One, but after the transfer, all my progress was lost. I had a significant amount of money in my bank, an apartment, and multiple properties on my PS4 account. However, upon loading the account on Xbox, I realized I had none of these assets, essentially starting anew. I rely on purchased shark cards for in-game funds and don't wish to lose my progress due to this issue. Retrieving my original PlayStation account on Xbox would be ideal to continue playing without setbacks.

During my GTA V Online gameplay, an issue occurred during a Weed Business delivery mission as part of the Motorcycle Club activities. After accepting the mission, there was a loading delay, and upon starting the mission, it immediately failed without explanation. Upon returning to the business, all the product had disappeared. This happened during the Independence Day Event, resulting in the loss of $[redacted],[redacted] and multiple resupply missions. I am requesting a refund of $[redacted],[redacted] in-game currency to my account to make up for the lost earnings during this event. My focus is solely on recovering the hard-earned money from the disrupted gameplay.

I haven't played GTA V in a long time, but decided recently to revisit my old account. Surprisingly, I couldn't access it. I attempted to reset it, but didn't receive any emails, which seemed odd. After searching for "Rockstar" in my emails, I discovered several messages in Russian from Rockstar, which was strange because I am Danish, not Russian. Using Google Translate, I learned that someone had changed the email associated with my account back in September [redacted]. I'm unsure how to resolve this issue and would greatly appreciate any help in recovering my account and progress, as I have invested a significant amount of time in it. Thank you in advance.

I need assistance urgently. During a race today, I encountered an individual who threatened to hack my account. Unfortunately, I can't recall his name. Shortly after the race, I discovered three cars missing from my account along with 116k, decreasing my balance from 1.2 mil obtained from a Twitch Prime promo. I am a dedicated player of your games and have invested significant time and money. It would be greatly appreciated if you could assist me in recovering my lost cars, restoring my account balance to 1.2 mil, and possibly enhancing the cars to their previous upgraded state. The cars missing are Toros, Hotring Sabre, and Kuruma. Moreover, any measures to secure my account from future hacks would be invaluable. Thank you for your understanding and support.

I recently purchased GTA 5 with $[redacted] that I saved from my first communion and birthday money. I bought the Megalodon Shark Card twice and the Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack hoping to get cars as advertised. Unfortunately, no money was added to my account, and I didn't receive the cars from the Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack. I tried accessing the cars through the pause menu but had no luck. When I informed my mom about this issue, she suggested contacting customer support for assistance. Can someone please help me with this problem? Thank you.

I purchased the Ballistic Equipment armor in [redacted] from Warstock Cache and Carry. When I check the interactions menu, it indicates that I still need to buy the Ballistic Equipment armor. While playing GTA IV, I intended to purchase the Principe Deveste 8. Unfortunately, my internet connection unexpectedly went down during the transaction.
