My team and I were attempting the criminal mastermind challenge and reached the humane labs heist finale. Unfortunately, my friend died parachuting, prompting us to reset the game to maintain the criminal mastermind progress. Despite this, Rockstar deemed it a failure and reset it. I tried to cancel the heist with Lester, but starting another job would reset our progress. We never proceeded to Fleeca. I kindly request to be placed back at the humane labs finale and I'm willing to deduct $54,[redacted] from my account to achieve this. We put in a lot of effort to reach this point and it would be disheartening to see it end this way, especially given the confusion with Rockstar's notifications.

Hello. I'm Mac, a longtime GTA player on Xbox. Since I started playing as a kid, I've amassed a collection of vehicles and items, switching from ps3 to Xbox one. After a break, I returned to find all my cars and planes missing, resulting in a loss of around $40 million worth of items. Examples include my Hydra and Zentorno. Although I can't recall every lost item due to the time passed, this loss is disheartening. I didn't sell anything, so I'm unsure how this occurred. Reimbursing these losses is crucial for me to continue enjoying the game. I hope for a resolution to this issue. Thank you for your attention. -Mac

While playing on (04/14/[redacted]), I encountered an issue in a lobby where another player caused disruptions. Unfortunately, I didn’t capture their PSN. Despite attempting to duel, I was threatened to be kicked out, which I brushed off. However, since then, my game performance has suffered, with the system becoming slow. I decided to exit the lobby, but I've been facing continuous challenges thereafter. Online notifications claim I left tasks unfinished even though I haven't. Moreover, I get frequently kicked from lobbies and jobs. A peculiar occurrence is my system turning back on automatically since this incident, a behavior that never happened before. I'm uncertain if these issues are connected, but it seems likely. Seeking assistance to resolve these persistent problems as I don't want to compromise my privacy by resorting to deleting my PSN account and discontinuing the game. My PSN is Maralgea. I have been placed in bad sport for 1 month due to destroying personal vehicles. However, the bad sport lobbies are full of cheaters - glitchers for kills, God mode for kills, off-radar permanently for kills, and undestroyable Sell Vehicle glitch. Due to these issues, I find myself constantly in passive mode. Whenever I leave passive mode, I am repeatedly killed. I am only in bad sport for vehicle destruction, making it impossible for me to compete against other players or participate in missions. At rank [redacted], owning all businesses, cars, and aircraft, with over 1,[redacted] friends exclusive to GTA, and having purchased numerous £60 shark cards, I feel being in bad sport with these cheaters is overly harsh. It's challenging to engage in any activities, and no player in bad sport will join my heists. Players cheating in bad sport make it unbearable for me, as it feels like heaven for them but pure hell for me. I'm hoping Rockstar can do something or reduce my sentence. I put in about 16 hours of work to earn around $[redacted],[redacted] in GTA dollars, only to have half of that vanish. I was discussing with a friend about changing my CEO/Organization name, which I did without realizing there was a $[redacted],[redacted] fee for the change. Unlike when you change a Motorcycle Club name with no charge, this caught me off guard. Additionally, I made a mistake with the new name entry due to different game controls. I acknowledge my error but feel there should be a confirmation prompt before such a high fee is deducted. I'm hoping to have my $[redacted],[redacted] refunded and my CEO name reverted. My nightclub has not been receiving any stock or money from the warehouse for about a month and a half. I've attempted to reset the warehouse technicians through the club's management tab and have also tried to shut down and restart the various businesses, reassigning the technicians, but nothing has resolved the issue. Despite occasionally receiving money from business battles, crates, or deliveries, it's not consistent. I've resorted to purchasing 2 Megalodon Shark Cards to compensate for the lost money in the club. Although it's just a game, I've invested real money to earn in-game currency and still face fees without a functioning club. I'm grateful for your attention to this message and appreciate your efforts.

I have encountered frustrating situations in RD2 online on Xbox where my opponents seem to survive multiple shotgun shots to the chest but can still defeat me easily. Despite my skill level, I find that I often require more shots to eliminate an opponent compared to how quickly they can take me down. There have been instances where other players have shot me through obstacles like a brick wall, resulting in unrealistic kills. I believe adjustments should be made to ensure a fair gameplay experience where either a single shot is lethal or all players require an equal number of shots to eliminate each other. This would create a more balanced and enjoyable gaming environment for all players, regardless of their skill level.

Hello, I am reaching out to bring to your attention a bug I encountered while playing Red Dead Online yesterday. During a mission, I discovered that my character was unable to receive damage from other players. This issue persisted beyond the mission, leading to other players attempting to harm my character unsuccessfully. Despite their efforts, I was also unable to harm them. While I understand that bugs are a common occurrence, my concern arises from the fact that other players accused me of hacking due to the bug. As someone with minimal technical skills, I can assure you that I am not a hacker. I wanted to report this bug to ensure that any potential reports of me "hacking" are understood in the correct context. My PlayStation Online profile is listed under the name the_sigh_less. A few months ago, I set up two-step verification with Rockstar Games to earn in-game currency in Red Dead Redemption 2 Online. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the device required for the verification code, making it impossible to use Rockstar Social Club or any games on my PC. I previously had the verification app on an old phone that I no longer possess. Even after trying to reinstall the app on a new device, I am unable to obtain the necessary code. As a result, I cannot log into Rockstar Social Club to contact support through email, and calling the provided number redirects me to the website, which I cannot access without the verification code. I would like to have the two-step verification process removed as it has become a significant inconvenience.

To the concerned party, I understand that you may not have to consider my suggestion, but I genuinely hope you will. The in-game Imponte Phoenix is a fantastic car, and I believe you've done a great job. However, one thing that is missing, in my opinion, is quite disappointing. Growing up, "Smokey and the Bandit" marked the beginning of all cop car chases for me. With the recent passing of Burt Reynolds, it would be a wonderful tribute to him as the Bandit by incorporating a golden Phoenix on the hood of the car - or bonnet, as some might call it. Such a gesture would not only bring joy to me, but I am sure it would resonate with millions of others too. I can only imagine Burt Reynolds looking down with a smile at such a homage. I was just playing GTA5 online and hosting the Act 2 Doomsday Finale heist when I got kicked for being idle, even though I was actively playing in the copilot seat of the avenger. I need help understanding why this happened and how I can resolve it. I was about to finish the mission and now I see that the progress has been reset, showing only Acts 1, 2, and 3 on the heist board. The Bogdan Problem is now marked as unavailable. I am frustrated and upset about this situation. I hope to receive the 1.5 million I earned. If this issue is not addressed, I am considering drastic actions like selling my GTA 5 games, deleting my Rockstar account, and abandoning all Rockstar games. I feel let down by the servers and the system.

I have clearly stated how I would like my issue to be resolved. I am requesting a refund of [redacted],[redacted] in-game currency that disappeared without prior warning when I changed the CEO name, as the cost was not indicated upfront. If I do not receive reimbursement for the time and money invested in GTA Online, I will stop buying products from Rockstar. Over the years, from purchasing GTA 1 to other games like Smuggler's Run, Ping Pong, and State of Emergency, along with buying shark cards and playing GTA V regularly, I have been a loyal customer. Feeling deceived by the undisclosed charges for the name switch, I insist on getting my 250k back, or else I will cease all future engagement with Rockstar. My PSN username is METHelite, and I stand firm in expecting a refund for what I consider to be an unfair practice.

Hello, I'm Jalen Swift. I play Grand Theft Auto 5 on Xbox One with the gamer tag "DocHoliday189." I encountered an issue with my custom plates. I had a plate named "Swift" that I accidentally deleted on the iFruit app. This plate was important to me and was used for a year and a half. Unfortunately, when I tried to reclaim it at Los Santos Customs, it was not available for me to use. I attempted to change the plates on my cars with the old "Swift" plate, but that option wasn't possible. Consequently, I've reached the daily selling limit due to trying to sell cars with the old plate. I'm now unable to access any custom plates at Los Santos Customs. I would greatly appreciate assistance in retrieving my "Swift" plates or removing them from my cars so I can resume selling vehicles. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have been playing GTA for years and bought it for PC back in the summer of [redacted]. However, I recently reset my PC to factory settings, and now I am unable to log in to my Social Club Account "datboiflame." I have tried to reset my password using all of my emails, but the reset link was only sent to one of my emails, which seems to be linked to a different account called Tuba765. To resolve this, I would like to either create a new Social Club Account and link it to my Steam for a fresh start or regain access to my original account "datboiflame." I've been playing GTA V on my PS4 since [redacted] using a CD, which I gave to a relative. I recently switched from a PS4 to a PS4 Pro and purchased GTA V Premium Online Edition from the PlayStation Store. Despite having my application data in both the Online Cloud and System Storage, my game and save file are not being recognized, forcing me to start over each time I launch the game. It seems to be creating a new application data folder each time. I have an original folder named Grand Theft Auto V with important files dated back to [redacted], including autosaves and profiles. It's frustrating that you cannot access bunker Motorcycle Club or CEO activities on the computer except in public sessions. In these public sessions, there are many players trying to disrupt your gameplay, making it difficult to enjoy the content. Being unable to participate in these activities in invite-only sessions where you can avoid hostile players seems unfair. It would be beneficial to have the option to experience these features without the interference of others who overly outmatch you in terms of level and equipment. The inability to access these activities in a more controlled environment can be discouraging, especially for players who don't have the means to purchase advantages in the game.

I lost all my progress in the game after deleting it to free up space and reinstalling it. I lost all my belongings like my character, house, bunker, facility, cars, money, and hangar. I've been playing GTA since the PS3 days and never encountered this problem before. I've also invested around $[redacted] into the game. I only have $100k left now. Hello, I have an old account that I set up years ago to play GTAV, but I can't recall the email I used. I recently reinstalled the game and realized I can't access my account. Even when I tried to create a new account, it wouldn't let me as it was linked to my Steam. I've attempted numerous passwords and account creations without success. I'm willing to forego my in-game progress; I just want to be able to play with my friends. Please assist me in resolving this issue promptly. I purchased Red Dead Redemption 2 Ultimate Edition, but it was missing the ultimate code when it arrived. I returned to GameStop, where I made the purchase, and they advised reaching out to their customer support or Sony for assistance. After contacting both, I was unable to obtain a code. Representatives from both companies suggested contacting you directly as the developers of the game. I am seeking the ultimate edition code to ensure I receive the full value of my purchase.
