I've spent weeks trying to enjoy playing Red Dead Redemption 2, but the game is so full of glitches that it's been frustrating and nearly impossible to progress. After waiting years for this game, I've come to the conclusion that it's more of a torture device than a enjoyable video game. The constant glitches have even caused damage to my TV and PS4. I've attempted to reach out to Rockstar for support without success, and I feel ignored and let down by their lack of response to the issues I've experienced. I'm beyond frustrated with the situation and feel the need to express my dissatisfaction with how the game has impacted my experience.

I created a social club account but mistakenly used the email [redacted] instead of [redacted] Consequently, I cannot reset the password since the email is incorrect. Furthermore, I redeemed my GTA5 key with a shark card on this account. I am now locked out due to the invalid email being set as the default. I am in need of assistance. I would greatly appreciate it if someone from Rockstar could help me with this issue.

A while back, my Steam account got hacked, and the hacker linked my GTA5 to their email. After regaining control of my account, attempting to play GTA, I encountered an error stating my Steam account was linked to a different Social Club account. I've always used one email and password for GTA5, so I suspect it happened during the account breach. I'm willing to lose my progress online, but I just want to log in with my original email. I'd appreciate any help to recover my original account. If not possible, I might need to create a new email/account and start over. When I selected "I will not be trying this again," it marked the ticket as "fixed." I'm frustrated as there seems to be no support for this issue. My Steam was hacked, affecting my GTA5 Social Club login. I just want access to my account and play the game I purchased a long time ago.

I am having difficulty accessing my account due to issues with the two-step verification. This feature was implemented due to security concerns, however, it is preventing me from using the game as intended. I am frustrated with this situation and would appreciate a resolution as well as a partial refund for the game. I have set up the two-step verification but I am unable to log in to the Social Club.

I completed the 2-Step Verification process, but now I'm stuck needing a Verification Code every time I attempt to modify my account. Unfortunately, I forgot the code, making it impossible for me to manage my account without it. I used an Authentication App that displayed the code for only 30 seconds, making it hard for me to remember it. Is there a way to disable the verification process? It's causing inconvenience as I can't access my Social Club account without the code, except by using my PlayStation account. I'm also missing the $500k reward in GTA V for setting up 2-Step Verification. My contact number is [redacted].

I left the game one day and when I logged back in, my player had a dunce hat on. Luckily, my friends in the lobby commended me, restoring my clean player status. I continued playing until I had to take a break. When I returned, I found out I was labeled a bad sport for being idle for more than 15 minutes. To my surprise, I was banned from playing for 8 months and 11 days, which is a huge jump from my past one-month ban. I mainly play heists with friends and don't engage in behavior that should lead to being labeled a bad sport. My friends even commended me to help, but I'm still stuck. This situation is frustrating, and I hope the game developers address this issue soon. My in-game name is jaybaby43.

Hello, I recently discovered some suspicious activity on my Rockstar Games Social Club account after being away from the internet for some time. On February 16, [redacted], my password was reset without my knowledge. Additionally, I received a message in Russian indicating that my account was linked to a platform account, which I did not authorize. I have attempted to reset my password, but I did not receive the reset email, leading me to believe that my email address associated with the account may have been changed as well. The email address linked to my account has always been [redacted], and these unauthorized changes occurred on February 16th. I kindly request that the original state of my Rockstar Social Club account be restored so that I can reset the password using my email address [redacted] I also ask for the unauthorized account linking to be reversed. I am willing to provide any necessary evidence to verify that I am the rightful owner of the account. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

While playing on an online server, an unidentified user entered my car, granting me money and leveling up my account without visible identification. I suspect this person followed me across servers to repeat this action. After a break from the game, the mysterious benefactor disappeared, only for me to realize that money was still being added to my account at a rapid rate, leading to a ban. As someone who values fair play and enjoys the game for its integrity, I'm perplexed by the ban since I have no history of violations. Prior to these events, I was at rank 74 with $[redacted],[redacted] in the bank and $1,[redacted] on hand. I would appreciate having my account reinstated to its original state. -Ssjbluebear

While playing on an online server in GTA IV, an unknown player entered my car, started giving me money, and increasing my rank without revealing their username. I suspect this person followed me into other servers. After a break, I returned to gaming and noticed the continuous influx of money, eventually leading to me receiving a million every second. Despite not initiating these actions and preferring fair gameplay, I unexpectedly got banned. I value playing by the rules, finding it enjoyable, and am puzzled by the ban as there were no prior reports against me. Initially, I had a level 74 rank with $[redacted],[redacted] in my bank and $1,[redacted] on hand. I would appreciate it if my account could be reinstated to its original state before these unusual events occurred in GTA IV. -Ssjbluebear

I recently joined a modded lobby thinking it was for a giant TSM war in a roleplay setting. As a new player on PC just looking to connect with others in the game, I didn't expect what happened next. We were supposed to take a bus to a location, but then the bus started driving on water and flying. Feeling uneasy, I got off the bus only to have body armor fall from the sky and around $32k mysteriously appear on my character. Concerned, I left the lobby and later learned from my friends that it was indeed a modded session. Wanting to report this experience to avoid any trouble, the host of the lobby was "lucusmoore69." I hope this information helps, and I want to ensure that I don't face any consequences for unintentionally being part of this modded activity. My social club username is "RoseTart." Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am unable to access offline play in GTA V. I noticed this issue today, although I am uncertain when it started. I purchased the game on Steam and when attempting to play singleplayer, I receive a message stating that offline play is not available. This is frustrating as I was eager to enjoy GTA V single player after some time away. I have re-downloaded the game twice today without success. It seems others are facing the same problem, and despite attempts, the issue remains unresolved. I am still encountering the same error message, although it appears as if the problem has been resolved. Please assist me in resolving this promptly.

I wanted to share some recent frustrating experiences I had while playing the game: 1. I failed a mission in my nightclub business causing me to lose around 300k after dropping the van using the cargobob into the ship. 2. During a weed product sale, the mission abruptly ended when I was close to the final drop-offs with 8 minutes left, resulting in a loss of about 55k. 3. While resupplying my businesses, one of them came under attack, and I discovered my rifles were suddenly out of bullets, despite being sure they were fully stocked with ammo for all six types. 4. Without bullets, I couldn't recover a van taken by my staff due to police presence. Even after paying Lester [redacted] dollars, I couldn't steal the van surrounded by police cars, officers, and helicopters without any ammunition or armor, resulting in losing the Meth lab worth around 350k. I tried to reach out for support but was unable to find live customer assistance to explain my losses.

I recently purchased a new Xbox One, and unfortunately, the money I earned on my Xbox [redacted] is no longer available. I had over seventy-five million in Grand Theft Auto V online. My old account username was DJak4718, and my new account is waysidebead9750. I'm hoping for assistance in transferring the funds from my old account to my new one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I pre-ordered Red Dead Redemption 2 for over $[redacted], and I have yet to receive the money in my GTA 5 Online account. I have invested a lot of time and money into purchasing Shark Cards, but I have not seen any returns. I am disappointed that I cannot contact you through phone. What frustrates me the most is that I bought the Ultimate Edition of your latest game, and I did not receive the 10,[redacted],[redacted] as part of the pre-order bonus. As a loyal fan of your company and games, I am upset when I pay for something and do not receive what I was promised. Please reply to me promptly via email. Thank you, and I hope to get what I am owed.

I am experiencing issues in GTA 5 online due to a hacker. After encountering a player with the ID Jake_ (partial ID forgotten), who killed me unfairly, my game has been negatively affected. Contacts like Mechanic, Pegasus, and Merryweather are missing from my phone. Additionally, I am unable to re-enter my apartment once I leave, whether through the door or garage. The hacker's cheating caused me to lose access to various in-game features, impacting my gameplay. This player's actions have disrupted my account, leading to the removal of essential contacts and hindering property access. I urgently need assistance to address this interference. Thank you for your help. - SpEc1aL_K333

Hello, I'm a player on Xbox 1 for GTA V, and I need to report a problem with another user I've encountered in the past two days. This individual has been using a mod menu to give out money in the game, engaging in inappropriate actions, stealing our weapons and cash, and even de-ranking me twice. Despite restoring my rank, he took $[redacted],[redacted] from me and only returned $[redacted],[redacted]. I'm upset about this and would appreciate it if you could address the situation, return my lost money, and possibly ban him from GTA V online. This user, Speedy_plane573, also claims to hack and take over other players' accounts, which is concerning. Please investigate this matter promptly. Thank you. My gamertag is SlimDanTDM, and I play on Xbox 1. The problematic user, Speedy_plane573, is on PS4.

I recently acquired a PS4 and have been playing GTA 5 since it was released on the PS3. However, when I logged in on my new PS4, I noticed that I am missing everything. As a crew leader with a lot of belongings on my PS3 character, I am now left with nothing on the PS4 - no houses, cars, money, tattoos, or anything. I even purchased crew emblems. Playing the game is not enjoyable for me without my possessions, especially after spending 4-5 years building up my character. I need assistance to retrieve my items so I can continue enjoying GTA 5. I have a new email address now, [redacted] The image I provided shows my PS3 character, which differs from what I now see on my PS4, where I seem to have been set back to rank 1. I am currently on my social club account looking for help.

Good day! Last week, I noticed the shark cards were offering 2.5x total money (your purchase amount plus a bonus of 1.5x). Excited about this deal, I purchased a megalodon card expecting to receive 8 million with a bonus of 12 million, totaling 20 million. However, only the initial 8 million was credited to my account. The load screen mentioned that the remaining amount would be delivered within 72 hours, which has now passed by approximately 5 days. Any help on this matter would be highly appreciated. Thank you and have a good day. Edit: Could Rockstar Games kindly credit the additional 12 million dollars in bonus money that I was supposed to receive?

I've contacted their support team twice about my banned account. It was compromised by a hacker who linked their Steam account to my Rockstar Social Club account. I'm okay with the 30-day ban, but I need help removing the hacker's link. The first response was a generic message about bans being final, ignoring my specific request. The second time, they asked me to verify using my original email, which I did, but then I received the same unhelpful template response about bans. I'm frustrated that they are not addressing the issue I need help with, and I'm at a loss for what to do next.
