I recently acquired a new Xbox One S and enjoy playing GTA Online. During gameplay, I found myself in need of more in-game currency to purchase a facility and other items. I proceeded to use my credit card to acquire shark cards to progress in the game. However, upon changing my character's gender from female to male, I unexpectedly lost all the virtual items I had purchased with real money. I am disheartened to have lost my facility and bunker, essentially wasting the money I spent. I kindly urge you to refund the real money spent on my credit card, reinstate the virtual items I bought, and rectify this situation. I possess evidence of my transactions in my bank app to support my claim. I believe that as creators and workers of the game, you have the capability to address and resolve this issue, so I respectfully request your assistance in this matter.

I am requesting a refund of my money. I have been a fan of GTA since the first version, and I don't have the time to spend countless hours earning in-game money to purchase the expensive vehicles and upgrades. The current system where players can pay real money to gain a significant advantage over others who don't is disappointing. The game used to be about having fun and doing random activities, but now it feels like a constant struggle to acquire money. You have shifted the focus of the game towards competition and monetary gains, neglecting the loyal fans who just enjoy driving around causing chaos. Please consider returning the 35 million you took from my account. If my request is not granted, I may no longer have the desire to continue playing. I urge you to reflect on how the game has changed for the worse due to these practices. I am disheartened by the direction GTA has taken and the unfair advantage given to those who purchase shark cards. Sincerely, Derek

My partner and I have been enjoying GTA for some time. There was a temporary money issue that allowed us to acquire more funds. The situation has been addressed, but unfortunately, we were left with significantly less money than we initially had. Before the glitch, my partner had 3 million, and now only has 30,[redacted]. I had 1 million in my account and now also have 30,[redacted]. We were hoping to inquire if it is feasible to have our original funds restored. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I have submitted many tickets regarding my ban, and each time I received a final decision. I understand the process, but I would appreciate it if you could thoroughly review my account due to the following circumstances. I confess to using mods in the past, which resulted in a temporary ban. After being unbanned, I unknowingly received modded money in an online session, leading to a permanent ban. Being banned is extremely frustrating for a gamer, and I kindly ask for a comprehensive account review. I purchased this game at a discounted price of £20, which is significant to me. Therefore, I respectfully request a temporary ban and account reset. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely, Jay :)

There has been an encounter with a player named Hirobran on Xbox One who disrupts team dogfights. During a gaming session in which you and your friends were engaging in aerial combat with lasers, Hirobran unexpectedly shoots you down. A struggle ensues, leading to retreat to a yacht, where he proceeds to use wall hacks against your friend Sanderson666. After fleeing to the city, another friend, LAZYDUDE360, confronts Hirobran with a khanjali tank. Hirobran then heads to Fort Zancudo but is eliminated by an avenger propeller. Eventually, you and your friends decide to depart from the situation.

After purchasing a car, I attempted to store it in my night club but accidentally replaced another vehicle, assuming it would switch to a different garage. The original bike disappeared without warning. I checked all my garages and contacted my mechanic, but the bike was nowhere to be found. This issue occurred twice, resulting in the loss of my vehicles, including an x80 Proto and an Oppressor Mk I. Initially, I was unaware of what had happened, but now I realize it's a glitch. I seek a refund for the lost vehicles, such as the Oppressor Mk I. I've heard others resolved similar issues by contacting support, like R_G_99, and I hope to have the funds reimbursed promptly.

Today has been quite frustrating for me. My attempt to transfer my Xbox GTA Online character to my PC has been met with numerous challenges. Initially, I was unable to sign in to my Social Club account due to alleged incorrect email/password details. Surprisingly, using the same credentials to sign in through Xbox worked. However, the issue persisted as I couldn't receive a password reset for my original Xbox-tied email. This led me to create a new Social Club account and link my Steam and Xbox accounts to it, which appears to have been a grave mistake. Now, I seek assistance in unlinking my Steam account under "Bstan42". Unfortunately, I am also no longer able to sign in with Xbox, indicating that my original Xbox account "UAMT xX Boss42" seems lost. I simply desire a clear, concise guide on how to recover my old Xbox account and link it to my Steam account "Grunky Peep". This process has become unnecessarily complex.

I am frustrated as a hacker compromised my GTA V account resulting in a mute ban, preventing me from using the microphone. It upsets me as I can no longer communicate online. Despite informing the hacker of my intention to report them for their activities on GTA V, I was shocked to receive a notification that I had been muted for inappropriate behavior that I did not engage in. Their username is IIIIRONALDOIIII. Kindly suspend them from GTA V and rectify my account. I would prefer to resolve this without escalating the matter legally. I appreciate your swift assistance. My username is U-A-FuFu-Boi69.

I am questioning the $23 million taken from my account as it was done through what you claim were false means. My brother, not me, was responsible for being in the glitch for an hour and only made a maximum of 10 million through it before it was fixed while I was away. Despite my purchase of the Opresser with real cash from a shark card, which was mistakenly deleted by my disabled brother, you refuse to return it. Other players have had items reinstated, and I have evidence to support this. It is disheartening to see a large company discriminate against individuals with disabilities. My brother unknowingly accessed my PlayStation for GTA Online and does not understand the real-world consequences of in-game actions. I expect a resolution to this issue promptly.

A year ago, I was banned from the game. I understand bans are usually final, but I was wrongly banned due to cheaters entering my lobby and giving me money and XP. This unfair situation resulted in me being banned, despite being a loyal Rockstar Games fan. I hope this can be rectified, as I had no control over these cheaters impacting my account. It feels unjust to be punished for someone else's actions, like being jailed for almost being the victim of a crime. It's disheartening to think that after enjoying the game and looking forward to playing again, my account may remain banned. I urge Rockstar Games to reconsider this decision and understand the impact it has on loyal customers like myself.

Four months ago, I discovered that my Rockstar Social Club account had been compromised. I received an email in Polish, despite being Greek, notifying me of a recent email address change to [redacted] on Fri, 9 Nov [redacted], 16:28. Unfortunately, I am unable to contact Rockstar as I can't log in due to the account theft. It's frustrating that changing the email associated with an account doesn't require proper verification steps, and I find it unreasonable that contacting Rockstar necessitates logging in, especially in cases of stolen accounts. My primary concern now is regaining access to my account since I have purchased games that I currently cannot retrieve. Thank you for any assistance.

I am experiencing issues with my Rockstar Games account, as it has been hacked and the email associated with the account has been changed. Unfortunately, I am unable to log in to report this problem through the support page, as it requires me to be logged in. The situation has become a bit of a dilemma (and an embarrassing one for Rockstar Games) – a classic Catch-22 scenario. Despite receiving an email (in Polish, which is not my language) notifying me of the email change, I never received a verification email for such a significant change, which I find perplexing coming from a reputable company. As a result, I am currently unable to reach out to the support team or Rockstar Games for assistance. I have attempted to reset my password, but all reset emails are being sent to the hacker's email address, leaving me unable to regain control of my account.

I'm experiencing issues logging into my Xbox One gamertag, GNASTY6699, on GTA 5 online and the Rockstar Social Club. I set up two-step verification recently. Despite trying to troubleshoot by resetting the WiFi connection, I'm still unable to access the game. When attempting to log in, I receive an error message stating that Rockstar services are unavailable, and I can't contact customer support through their website due to the same login issue. I've put a lot of time and effort into reaching rank [redacted] and accumulating in-game items, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I submitted a ticket a few days ago, please disregard this duplicate one due to an incorrect email listed in the first submission. I discovered that my account had been accessed in Russian with someone playing GTAV recently, though I haven't played in a while. It seems the hacker changed the password, and I no longer have access to the current email on the account. Please update the email on the account from "[redacted]" to "[redacted]". My name is Anthony C., residing at [redacted] Barby Ave, Tampa, FL [redacted], born on 9/10/[redacted]. The PayPal emails linked to the account for purchases are [redacted] or [redacted] Thank you, Anthony C. PS. I can't log in to [redacted], kindly use [redacted] instead.

Hello, I recently wanted to return to playing GTA V with some friends who used to play it with me. Unfortunately, I've encountered some issues with my email being stolen in the past, making it hard for me to access my accounts. Now, I am facing trouble logging into my Social Club account, possibly due to a password change or being locked out. I have tried various password combinations but have had no luck. The email linked to the account is [redacted], and I have been unable to locate the CD key. Despite this, I have the installation CD's, but no code on the box. Thankfully, my in-game friends can verify my identity and help with the account transfer to a new email since the old one is inaccessible.

I have been waiting for two years! I purchased a XA21 for 2.5 million and had to work hard for it. After transferring it to my MOC, it disappeared. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Please refund my 2.5 million. Rockstar, please help and refund us our hard-earned money. My PlayStation 4 GTA 5 online username is sakuni2006, as they blur out words. Please give us back our hard-earned money.

Hello, I wanted to get back into playing GTA V with my friends after some time away. I tried to log in, but my email was stolen, and I couldn't recover it without the old phone number. I've lost access to multiple accounts like Facebook, Steam, and Origin in the process. Now, it seems like Social Club has also either changed my password or locked me out of my account. I've attempted different password variations but cannot log in. The email and account I'm having trouble with is [redacted] I've looked for the CD key to no avail, despite finding the installation box and CDs. There doesn't appear to be a code on the box. Luckily, my in-game friends can verify my identity. I'm hoping to transfer the account to a new email since my old one is inaccessible.

I have been attending university for 3 years and was too busy to play any games during that time. Recently, after successfully completing my studies, I attempted to log into my gaming account only to find out that it had been permanently suspended and banned. I am frustrated by this situation as I was not active for 3 years, and now suddenly I am facing a ban due to EULA rules. If someone is banned, there should be proper verification to ensure that the account owner is responsible, rather than mistakenly punishing innocent users. I feel unfairly targeted by this ban, and I have decided to create a new GTA 5 online account to continue playing. If I face any further issues or unjust actions from Rockstar, I will not hesitate to seek legal advice to address this matter and protect the gaming community from such practices.

I encountered a modded player in the lobby who had activated god mode, making it impossible for me to defeat him. After informing him that I would report his account for using mods, he callously replied, “Have fun." Subsequently, my rank drastically dropped from level [redacted] to level 1. This sudden derank has stripped me of access to crucial in-game features such as my residence, vehicle mechanic, Pegasus deliveries, and contacting characters like Lester for bounties. As a dedicated player of the GTA/Rockstar franchise for many years, I am outraged by this incident. I have invested time and effort into reaching my rank and accumulating resources. I implore the relevant authorities to investigate this matter, rectify my situation, and enact appropriate measures against the player responsible to prevent such disruptions for others. I use the PS3 platform, and my PSN username is ESMBx4L.

I reached rank 9 or 12, but suddenly, while playing online, I got reset to rank 1. I don't have any of the unlocks that come with those ranks, and although I earn RP, it doesn't increase my rank. After missions, it shows -[redacted] on the left and [redacted] on the right (-[redacted]/[redacted]). I would appreciate it if you could reset or fix this glitch so I can continue progressing and unlocking rewards. Please return me to rank 9 or 12. If you require more details, feel free to ask, and I will try to provide them.
