My spouse and I each own an XBOX One and bought physical copies of Red Dead Redemption 2. However, we have been unable to enjoy the game due to ongoing beta issues such as missing horses, hunting, NPCs, and missions. We are frustrated by the constant kicks from the game and the lack of communication from the company regarding fixes. We have invested at least $[redacted] in the games and additional purchases. The lack of professionalism in handling these issues and not delivering purchased items like gold bars is disheartening. We demand a prompt refund for all our expenses. The situation has soured our enjoyment of both the online and story modes, which used to be our date night activity. We urge the company to improve customer relations and promptly address these concerns.

Hello Rockstar Support Team, I am writing to address the recent suspension of my account due to encountering a modder in my GTA Online lobby. One morning, upon logging in, I encountered unusual occurrences such as an UFO and unauthorized snowfall in February. Additionally, money started spawning around me uncontrollably, despite me expressing in the chat my refusal to accept illicit funds. Even after switching lobbies, the modder was able to follow me and continue dropping money. Feeling helpless, I went offline, but upon returning, the modder persisted in targeting me. Consequently, my account received a 30-day suspension and had its data wiped. I am requesting that you consider lifting the ban as I was an unwilling participant in this situation. Alternatively, if possible, I would appreciate it if only the illegitimate funds could be removed from my account. Regrettably, the modder provided me with approximately 10 million in-game currency, which I used to purchase various items like the Hangar, Insurgent Pick Up, Declasse Tornado, and Pegassi Tezeract. If these actions are not feasible, I may have to discontinue playing GTA Online as it would be disheartening to restart from scratch given the progress I had made. Thank you for your understanding and assistance in this matter.

I encountered an issue with the Red Dead Online Beta on my Xbox One while creating a new character after deleting my previous one. Every time I attempt to customize my new character, the game freezes and kicks me out to the Xbox One dashboard. This problem is unique to Red Dead Online as other online games on my console work fine. Despite seeking help from Xbox support, the issue persists. I am now attempting to contact Rockstar Games for assistance, but their support website does not offer a solution to my specific problem. I am hoping to find someone from Rockstar or any other party who can provide the necessary help to resolve this frustrating issue.

I initially purchased a $50 shark card on the PS4 store and used it to buy the "Deluxo" vehicle along with the Personal Vehicle Storage upgrade for my Mobile Operations Center. After realizing I needed more in-game currency, I bought a $20 and a $5 shark card, then purchased the Vehicle upgrade for my Mobile Operations Center. However, when I reopened the application after a brief rest mode, my Deluxo was missing. I attempted to close and reopen the application without success. I am disappointed as I used my Christmas money for this and would appreciate getting my Deluxo back or the equivalent amount to repurchase it.

I am unable to join my younger sibling in the game. Currently, I am on GTA V PC on the Steam version while he is on GTA V Xbox One. We are seeking to play GTA Online together, but we are encountering an issue stating that one of us has not completed the tutorial. I have attempted various methods to resolve this matter, but unfortunately without success. His Gamertag is "SwavyWizard," my Social Club nickname is "theReal404," and my Steam name is "prgm." Despite researching online, I have not come across a solution. I am uncertain whether this is due to cross-platform complications, but I am hopeful for your assistance. Thank you, J.

While playing GTA V online, I unexpectedly got switched to story mode. Upon returning to the online game, I discovered my funds decreased significantly but found 1.2 million in my account. Checking various garages, I noticed my vehicles were altered; Pegasus notified me that a jet was now accessible, although I never purchased one. Upon inspecting my hangar, my Akula helicopter vanished. Mors Mutual confirmed no destruction claims. Sadly, attempting to summon the missing aircraft failed. My dissatisfaction stems from losing the Akula, acquiring an unrequested jet, and my reduced funds, now at 800k from over 5 million GTA V dollars. I kindly request a refund for the jet and the safe return of my Akula.

The blips representing players have disappeared in Red Dead Online 2, which has negatively impacted the free roam player versus player experience. In GTA Online, Rockstar successfully managed different player types with distinct lobbies based on play style - passive or aggressive. The recent updates, especially the introduction of the bounty system, have made the game less enjoyable. The removal of player blips from the map has made lobbies feel empty. The suggestion is to make players visible on the map using a color system like in GTA Online. The love for Rockstar games dates back to Liberty City in October [redacted], and the hope is not to lose that connection due to recent changes. The community requests a return to the fun and engaging free roam PvP experience that was a highlight of the game. The plea is for Rockstar to respect both passive and aggressive play styles to maintain a diverse player base. The hope is for a prompt response to address these concerns and restore the enjoyment of the game. Sincerely, A devoted Rockstar fan -Kyle

On 2/28/[redacted], I purchased Red Dead Redemption 2 for my boyfriend at the Walmart on West Florissant. However, when he tried to play the game, both disks were scratched on the back and looked fake on the front, rendering them unusable. I bought him the downloadable version the same night. The following day (Friday, 03/01/[redacted]), I tried to return the game to Walmart but was told they couldn't refund games and advised to contact you for a refund. I reached out to Walmart corporate, but they directed me back to you. I'm eager to get a refund for the problematic disk purchased at Walmart or the downloadable version. I'm prepared to return the disk and provide any necessary details for the refund process.

Hello Rockstar Games, I recently purchased a Porgen Itali GT and for some reason, I have not had it for the past 2-3 days. This has been frustrating, so I ended up buying a new one, resulting in a loss of over 2 million. Additionally, today I bought a new car (Benefactor Streiter) and customized it, starting with 1 million GTA dollars and ending up with only [redacted],[redacted] GTA dollars because, for some unknown reason, [redacted],[redacted] GTA dollars were deducted for the customization. It has been challenging to reach out to Rockstar Games since there is no email address or phone number provided, which has been frustrating and made me quite upset as my mood was already low due to these issues in GTA5. Kindly address these problems and reach out to me once they have been resolved. Best regards, Noah

While online, I encountered a user named "GxdlyBitxh" who repeatedly attacked me with rockets in the game. I attempted to evade the attacks but eventually retaliated with a rocket of my own. The user messaged me in-game, threatening to disconnect me for my actions, to which I responded jokingly. However, shortly after, I was indeed disconnected from the internet for 5-10 minutes. It is evident that this user is infringing on my privacy and has the capability to boot me offline simply out of dislike. I urge for appropriate action to be taken against this user instead of dismissing this as a mere spam report. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am experiencing difficulties with the GTA Social Club. I have not been receiving password reset emails on the email associated with my Steam account. GTA V on PC requires linking to a Steam account for security reasons. Despite multiple attempts over a week, I have been unable to launch the game due to security blocks. I opened a Social Club account with a Yahoo email and customized it before facing these issues. I simply want to verify an email linked to my Steam account. I wonder if it is possible to authorize additional emails for Steam. I have encountered a setback as my school email, formerly used for logging in, is now inactive post-graduation. This is confusing as that email was never linked to my Steam account. I am contemplating acquiring a new Steam account and purchasing the game with a different email.

Someone accessed my account and deleted my Grand Theft Auto V progress. I followed advice to uninstall and reinstall the game, but my progress wasn't restored. I had amassed a significant amount in the game without purchasing any in-game currency. The account had valuable assets like businesses, vehicles, properties, weapons, and millions in cash. I have since regained control of the account and enhanced security. Starting over is disappointing. Any assistance would be appreciated. My character's name is MaximusPane01. It's frustrating to lose progress. Also, some suggestions about enhancing the experience in Red Dead Redemption II would be helpful. Thank you for any support you can provide.

I am currently playing Red Dead Redemption 2 in Part 2 of the Epilogue. I have encountered an issue where all of my weapons except for a single revolver with 20 rounds of ammo and the Carcano Sadie provided for a mission are missing. This happened despite me already having a customized Carcano. My last hard save is from 50%, so reloading a previous save to retrieve my weapons is not an option. I considered using infinite money glitches to replace my weapons, but those have been patched. Even uninstalling the game, disabling updates, and reinstalling will not help since the latest save is stamped with the patch. Unfortunately, I cannot contact support directly as I am required to have a social account, which I prefer not to create. It is frustrating not to have a direct support option available. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, S.M.

Dear Rockstar Games, Yesterday morning my online GTA 5 account was debited 25 million. I kindly request the return of the funds. With 30 thousand YouTube followers, I dedicate videos to supporting your brand. Disappointed by the accusation of cheating, the removal of my hard-earned money is disheartening. I advocate against unconventional means such as glitching for in-game currency, preferring the legitimacy of heists. The high pricing of shark cards is also noted. I have attempted to contact your support line to no avail. Your prompt response in rectifying this matter is anticipated. Regards, A loyal player

I have been playing this game since it was released. I have always worked hard to earn money in GTA. However, because of the glitches that many people exploited, my account got affected by the recent money wipe. I had over 67 million dollars that I earned legitimately from heists, jobs, and crates. I did not use any glitches to make this money. I feel unfairly targeted by this action, as I did nothing wrong. This whole situation is frustrating, and it makes me consider quitting the game.

My younger brother, who's 8 years old, made unauthorized purchases when I was saving up for a different item. Instead of what I wanted, he bought a bunker and thought a maverick would be a good addition, which was not what I intended. While I was outside playing basketball, he made these purchases, spending a total of $1,[redacted],[redacted]. I returned to find this out and got upset with him. Now I am trying to request a refund for these items as I only have a few thousand dollars left.

I really enjoy playing Red Dead 2, but lately, it's been running poorly. There are a lot of glitches, and the gameplay can be frustrating. It's disappointing to experience these issues, especially since I love playing the game for long periods. Smooth gameplay is essential for the overall experience, and the current state of the game is making it difficult to enjoy. I hope the developers can improve the performance soon so that I can continue to enjoy playing without interruptions.

I need help resolving unauthorized purchases made on my Xbox Live account (Gh0s7f4c3Ki114h) by an ex-roommate. He acquired a high-end apartment, vehicles, a bunker, and an MC without my permission in GTA V. Unfortunately, I am unable to refund these items except for the vehicles. He has spent a significant amount of in-game currency shared through the characters' bank accounts. I specifically seek a refund for the bunker, MC, Weed Farm, and the high-end apartment. It is essential to clarify this occurred on my Xbox Live account, not the PC account with the same gamertag but a separate GTA V profile. While other items are less concerning, the property costs need reimbursement. I have been trying to address this issue with your support for a year without success. Thank you for your attention and for creating outstanding games.

My gamertag is Killspear2015. The funds deducted from my account resulted from legitimate activities such as selling goods, completing missions, and participating in races. Although I inadvertently acquired money from a glitch, it has already been spent. Prior to withdrawal, it would be beneficial for Rockstar to verify the source of the funds attributed to my account. Restoring the funds would rectify the situation. Every cent in my account was earned through honest means. Failure to address this issue may lead me to refrain from purchasing future Rockstar games due to their approach to handling legitimately earned funds versus glitch-related funds. Efforts should have been made to rectify this discrepancy upon the initial discovery of the glitch.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding the balance on my GTA 5 account. Previously, I had funds both in my safe and wallet before engaging in a money glitch that occurred in the GTA 5 community two weeks ago. I was aware of Rockstar's intention to perform a money wipe, but I did not expect all of my funds to be removed. Upon logging into GTA 5, I received an alert indicating that my account had been adjusted by $7 million, reducing the millions I had gained from the glitch. However, when I checked my account, it was empty. I have a screenshot as evidence. I would appreciate a response. Thank you.
