I recently acquired a free elegy and attempted to store it in my nightclub garage when I encountered an issue with my deluxo being replaced instead. Misinterpreting the prompt to replace, I assumed it would just move my deluxo to another garage, but to my dismay, the car vanished from all my garages. I am distressed as the deluxo was a valuable asset worth over 3 million GTA dollars, and currently, I am financially strained. I am seeking assistance in recovering it. I preordered Red Dead Redemption 2 online at BestBuy.com for $[redacted] on 7/28/18. Order #BBY01-[redacted]81. The order included a digital download code for the game and a bonus for the preorder, which was a collectible book and a map. After multiple calls to customer service at BestBuy inquiring about the additional items, I was informed they couldn't locate the online ad for the preorder. I have successfully installed the game on my PS4 using the provided code. BestBuy suggested contacting Rockstar regarding the collectible book and map. I am disappointed that the physical items have not been received as expected. I am hoping that Rockstar can assist in resolving this matter. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I'm Brendan McCarthy. I'm having trouble accessing my "Red Dead Redemption 2" special edition content. A friend gifted me the game with codes for bonuses like "The War Horse," outlaw survival kit, bank robbery mission, and more. Despite playing on December 5th and progressing to "chapter 2," none of the bonuses are appearing in my PlayStation 4 game under the gamer tag "BrendleBear." I still have all the codes for reference. Hello, my name is Julio P., and I use the nicknames putojp and iceniworrior on Rockstar Social Club. I suspect that my account has been compromised as I noticed money disappearing while playing Red Dead Redemption 2. I play the game daily and previously saw funds going missing, but today was the first time I could confirm it. My balance dropped from over $[redacted] to $[redacted] suddenly, and I didn't make any purchases. I've been trying to reach out to Rockstar Games without success. I'm disappointed because despite playing regularly, I didn't receive the 15 golden bars and $[redacted] bonus many others got. I kindly ask Rockstar to get in touch and assist me with this situation.

I recently saw a tweet from you mentioning that players who participated in the Red Dead Online beta would receive 15 gold bars and [redacted] dollars of in-game money if they logged in last Thursday at 12. I followed the instructions and logged in, but unfortunately, I did not receive any of the promised rewards. Despite consistently playing the beta from the beginning, I did not receive any notifications, money, or gold. I believe it is only fair that I receive the rewards as I have made numerous attempts to rectify the situation, including restarting my Xbox One. My Xbox One account used to play Red Dead Online is “CRANKYAPE MRC”, and my in-game name is “LegoStarWars”. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently made the switch from Xbox [redacted] to Xbox One X and purchased GTA 5 for the new console. On my old Xbox, I had downloaded various DLCs like extra weapons and a free garage with a wide selection of cars. On the Xbox One X, I bought the garage while playing as Trevor, but when I try to access the Xbox Store for additional downloadable content, it keeps showing as unavailable. I even purchased the GTA 5 Online Criminal Enterprise pack, but the same issue persists. Furthermore, after completing the "Minor Turbulence" mission, I attempted to retrieve the railgun from the crashed plane as shown in a YouTube video, but I couldn't locate it on the front of the plane. Am I overlooking something crucial here?

Displeased with the gameplay experience. I was voted out of a lobby during a 9 to 6 gunfight that I was losing against a CEO and an associate, with two other players on the map. One player even requested to be my friend. Not being able to vote and being removed from the game affects the enjoyment of battling other players. Allowing passive gameplay is fine, but voting players out of lobbies contradicts the essence of free play and undermines the competitive dynamics of the game. Additionally, nullifying live cargo, which rewards cash and RP, because of actions like destroying a personal vehicle or winning a battle, is frustrating. The gaming experience needs improvement to create a fair and enjoyable environment for all players. Sincerely, A concerned member of the fanbase.

During a session of GTA Online with my friends, while doing a PREP mission, we encountered a disruptive player who was hacking by shooting numerous rockets and causing chaos. I promptly reported this player. Subsequently, unusual events occurred, such as UFOs appearing and severe lagging in the game. Ultimately, I was unexpectedly kicked out of the session and labeled a "bad sport." This is troubling as it restricts me from playing with my friends, despite being a fair player who enjoys the game. Hello Rockstar, I participated in the early beta testing for Red Dead Redemption too. I appreciate the 15 gold bars and $[redacted] bonus. I encountered an issue with the gold prices in the store. The displayed 2 gold next to items is misleading. I believed I was buying a 2 gold holster, but it was actually a 10 gold one. Spending so much gold on a holster was not my intention. I kindly request your assistance with this matter. I am a loyal supporter of Rockstar. My gamer tag is Le0 89. The gold prices displayed in the store are confusing, showing 2 or 1 gold initially, but changing when purchasing, leading to an unintended purchase. I would be grateful if this could be addressed. Today, on December 10, [redacted], when I logged into GTA 5 online, I noticed that all my weapons were missing. Every single one! I visited the ammunition shop to see if I could repurchase the weapons, but I had to pay for them again. The issue doesn't stop there; I lost the axe and revolver from the treasure hunt events as well. Along with that, I need to buy all my different ammo types and ammo customizations again, which is quite frustrating. I hope for some form of compensation for my losses. Either I want to get back all my weapons and money to repurchase all the different ammo types and customizations (of which I had every single one), or I'd like to receive a substantial amount of money considering I lost all my weapons, their upgrades to Mk2, and their customizations.

I've encountered several glitches and issues with my character Red Harlow #[redacted] in Red Dead Redemption Online Beta. Despite reaching out to Rockstar support, no action has been taken to address my concerns. I've provided numerous screenshots and videos showcasing the problems, but I'm still being asked for more information. I'm requesting either a fix for my character, a restoration to its original state, or compensation in the form of in-game currency and items due to the time and resources I've invested. While playing GTA V Online and managing my MC Business activities, a modder disrupted my gameplay by attacking me and my MC. Despite my attempts to defend myself by shooting the modder multiple times in the head, they did not receive any damage due to using mods, specifically invincibility. After the ordeal, I noticed that my status had been altered to Bad Sport for 2 years, which was likely caused by the actions of the modder. My username during the incident was Ashoverpowers.

Rockstar is running a promotion offering a [redacted]% bonus cash on the purchase of any shark card. I have bought multiple cards including three $19.99 ones, one $49.99, and the $84.99 Megalodon shark card, but have only received bonus cash for one $9.99 card bought on the 6th. I am concerned why I haven't received bonuses for the other cards purchased between the 7th and 9th. It's important for companies to clarify if bonuses apply to only one card. I spend hours hunting in Red Dead Redemption 2, collecting $[redacted] worth of pelts, only to find out the butcher isn't paying me for half of them. My friends and I are considering stopping playing your games altogether if this issue isn't resolved. The frustration of being repeatedly ripped off in-game is starting to take a toll on me mentally. I feel like my hard work is going to waste and it's incredibly disheartening. With real-life challenges like having recently broken my legs, gaming has been my escape, but this experience is making me feel defeated. I just want to be compensated fairly for the effort I put in. This ongoing problem of not being paid for my items is affecting my enjoyment of the game. I hope to hear from you soon to address this issue and prevent any further disappointment.

I have been experiencing issues with Bully on my PC. After opening a ticket and receiving an email response, I have replied to the email twice. However, I keep receiving the same email back requesting information I have already provided twice. The email included a link to the request on Rockstar's website, but when I click on it and log in as prompted, the page titled Bully - PC - Installation/Performance is completely blank. I have waited for several minutes, but nothing loads on the page. I purchased this game over a week ago, but I am unable to play it for more than 30 seconds without it crashing.

My gamer tag, Planet203, was hacked by a person named JonnyForReal. It all began with a War battle on GTA. I rage quit and left the session, but JonnyForReal started harassing me in a group chat. He threatened to post me on YouTube, called me names, and wouldn't stop taunting me. When I tried to leave the chat, he continued sending messages. Frustrated, I warned him to stop or I would hack him. He retaliated by taking over my account. I was a level [redacted] with 43 million and 9 million in cash. He spent all the money at the clothing store, deleted my character, and reset me to level 1. I've had this account for 7 years, originally on PlayStation 3, and transferred it to PlayStation 4.

Your Red Dead 2 online experience has been frustrating due to frequent disconnections. It seems the online version has been out for 2 or 3 weeks and you are still facing the same issue. You believe that the game's creators did a poor job overall. Additionally, you find the in-game items to be overpriced similar to GTA online. The lack of customer support numbers adds to your dissatisfaction with the situation.

I'm experiencing issues in Red Dead. When I join a showdown series, my screen freezes at the end of the game instead of loading into the next series. This is frustrating, as I enjoy this feature and it's a good way to make money in the game. I'm also curious about when more items will be added. The game has the potential to be the best I've ever played, but I'm concerned it may get old. I believe it could surpass GTA with some features moving from story to online.
